Pros:

Everything except one thing……

Cons:

Location on the busiest street in San Diego. Ridiculously noisy if in a room at the front. We asked to be moved after one night and they kindly did.

As long as you’re not in a front room, great hotel!

Excellent place for a date night
Pros:

Location! Cleanliness! Staff attitude from front desk to bartender! Ease of checking in and out! Street view from the room!

Cons:

The valet guys seemed too cool for school. I wish the restaurant had a wider menu for dinner.

Very comfortable, very responsive staff and great location.
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, amenities in the room were excellent and replenished every day, along with clean towels and bed being made every morning. The staff were very responsive to my requests. Food at the bar was delicious.

Cons:

It’s a pricey hotel to stay at. Elevator buttons were not always working well with scanning thr room key.

Pros:

The hotel it's self was nice and in a great location. Easy walk to all main attractions.
And in the heart of the night life and restaurants. The hotel staff are friendly and did move us when we complained about the noise, but did not offer much help when we told them our bags had not arrived. Know it was not their fault, but felt they could of offered an amenities kit or showed us where we could of got them from.

Cons:

If you are in a room at the front of the hotel it is very very noisy. If you like that that's fine but there is no way you would get any sleep.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt um die San Diego zu erkunden
Pros:

Das Personal - in allen Bereichen - war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet inkl. frischer Gerichten war sehr lecker. Die Rooftopbar bot einen wunderschönen Blick über die Stadt und perfekt für einen Sundowner.

If you haven't stayed at this hotel. Do yourself a favor and do it!!
Pros:

The entire hotel is beautiful from the way that the vallet staff meets you, front desk. The breakfast was phenomenal and we loved the roof top pool and lounge. Everything was top notch

Clean and comfortable hotel with a location perfectly centered in the Gaslamp quarter.
Pros:

Location and staff were great! Facilities are maintained well and the atmosphere is perfect. The room we selected was facing the street and on a Saturday night it can get pretty noisy, but the room had a white noise machine as courtesy and we loved that! We didn't need it since the noise wasn't unbearable but appreciated the availabilty.

Great stay.
Pros:

I really liked the location and that it was right in the heart of the Gaslamp area. The room was also clean and simple which I liked.

Cons:

It was kind of expensive, but that’s most the hotels in San Diego.
