acomodaron mi pedido de early check in, llegamos cansados despues de un viaje largo y eso fue muy bueno, nos permitio ducharnos y descansar un poco. les comente que tenia problemas por lo que me tendria que ir en la tarde sin quedarme a dormir y me dieron en desayuno al llegar en lugar del que no tomaria al dia siguiente. Eso tambien fue muy bueno ya que veniamos de un vuelo largo. El desayuno muy bueno! Tenia ademas que recibir varias cosas que me dejaron en recepcion, las guardaron adecuadamente y todo muy bien! gracias!

Wir hatten eine Verspätung des Fliegers von 3 Stunden. Ich hatte über Booking COM im Hotel Bescheid gesagt, dass der Fahrer nicht warten soll beziehungsweise später uns abholt.
Zweimal hab ich es geschrieben und zweimal wurde über Booking com es nicht an den Fahrer weitergegeben. Selber habe ich auch keine Antwort erhalten.
Mit dieser Verspätung kamen wir um 11:15 Uhr PM im Hotel an. Eine kühle Begrüßung und als ich fragte, ob es noch etwas Wasser oder ein kleinen Snack geben könnte, wurde strikt verneint.
Somit sind wir aufs Hotelzimmer, und da wir am nächsten Morgen schon sehr früh weiterfliegen mussten, sind wir ins Bett gegangen.
Insgesamt eine sehr kühle, unfreundliche Begrüßung.
Am nächsten Morgen 7:30 Uhr sollte es Kaffee geben. 7:35 Uhr sagte mir die Kellnerin sie hätte gerade den Stecker für den Kaffee in die Steckdose gesteckt, heißt der kalte Kaffee vom letzten Abend wurde warm gemacht, aber da wir weiter mussten, gab es keinen Kaffee. Also eine falsche Aussage, dass es 7:30 Uhr Frühstück gibt und dazugehört ein warmer Kaffee. Ich kann niemanden dieses Hotel empfehlen, wenn man auf der Durchreise ist. Abends eine kleine Flasche Wasser und ein Snack . Es ist nicht möglich morgens um 7:30 Uhr einen Kaffee zu trinken, da der Kaffee vom Abend erst warm gemacht werden muss.
Das Zimmer, das Bett, die Matratze, alles okay?
Für ein Ibis Hotel, auch in Bolivien, vier Punkte.

Sinceramente, horário de check-in e check-out em hotel já passou da hora de mudar.
Você paga uma diária “de 24 horas”, mas na prática usa menos de 21h.
Entrar às 15h e ser obrigado a sair às 12h do dia seguinte não gera conforto, muito menos comodidade. Depois de uma viagem cansativa, longa e exaustiva, tudo que o cliente precisa é descanso e flexibilidade, não pressão com horário.
A hotelaria evoluiu em tanta coisa, mas continua presa em regras antigas que muitas vezes desrespeitam a experiência do hóspede. Quem paga caro por hospedagem merece mais consideração e uma experiência realmente acolhedora.
