Great hotel, fantastic staff
Pros:

We liked everything
The room was very clean, nice bathroom and extremely comfortable beds.
The pool and sauna were both exceptional as were the spa facilities.
Best of all was the service.
The staff (all of them) were exceptional. We had a lovely friendly informative welcome from Aisha (front desk).
It was a pleasure to stay here, the staff are so kind and a credit to your business.
We will recommend you to all visitors.

We had a wonderful stay and everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was very spacious, bright, and exceptionally clean. The location is ideal: close enough to the airport for convenient travel, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet without any disturbance.
What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service, both at the reception and in the restaurant. We would especially like to thank Aisha for her warm and genuine hospitality. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome. She shared many helpful tips about the city, always assisted us with arranging taxis, and was there whenever we needed help or advice. We could always rely on her, and her kindness and professionalism made a real difference to our experience.
A big thank you to the entire team. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und alles war von Anfang bis Ende hervorragend. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, hell und außergewöhnlich sauber. Die Lage ist ideal: nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt, aber gleichzeitig weit genug, um Ruhe und Entspannung zu genießen.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den ausgezeichneten Service im Restaurant sowie an der Rezeption. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Aisha, die uns von Anfang an sehr herzlich empfangen hat. Sie hat uns viele interessante Informationen über die Stadt gegeben, uns jederzeit bei der Bestellung von Taxis geholfen und war immer für uns da, wenn wir Unterstützung oder einen Rat brauchten. Auf sie war jederzeit Verlass, und ihre Freundlichkeit sowie ihre Professionalität haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.
Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Удобная кровать, номер просторный и чистый.

Cons:

При приезде ночью оформление заняло более получаса! Не подготовили документы
За первую ночь было списано с букинга. Просила утром произвести расчёт за остальное проживание, так как хотела спать, а терминал не работал. Сотрудник не пошёл на встречу!!! И в 3 часа ночи полчаса оформлял заселение! Это никуда не годится! Очень прошу разобраться в данной ситуации
В спа отеля работники работают не всегда, на массаж не попасть, потому что мастер рано уходит и есьт выходные! Это в отеле со спа!!!
В ванной не работала кнопка смыва.

Excellent Massage
Pros:

Excellent massage Balinais, le praticien était très professionnel avec beaucoup d'expérience , je recommande fortement.
Petit déjeuner très variés avec des produits très frais.
La piscine à un bassin de 50 M avec des couloirs.
Le sauna Russe est très relaxant

Прекрасные просторные чистые номера, сытные завтраки, помогающий и вежливый персонал.

Cons:

Сперва заселили в номер с вентиляцией за окном, но потом по запросу переселили и уже в номер с классом повыше. Сотрудник обманул, посоветовав обменять в их стоящем же обменнике валюту, оказалось невыгодно. В начале мая кондиционер на обогрев не работал, но персонал мне выдал обогреватель.
