Location is good

Cons:

I choose Oakwood as regular customers in Hanoi and Bangkok but this one is not as comfortable as the others. The breakfast was very limited, the room was big but the mattress was uncomfortable, it wasn't very clean. Arrived at 3pm and no room service, not open restaurant to eat something..
