Schönes Hotel in guter Lage!
Pros:

Super großes Zimmer, sehr sauber und tolle Lage. Hat mir alles sehr gut gefallen!

Cons:

Ich fand die Mitarbeitenden leider insgesamt nicht so freundlich und auch das Frühstück war eigentlich kein Frühstück. Man konnte zwischen einem abgepackten Sandwich und abgepackten Granola wählen. Für Menschen mit Unverträglichkeit also eig nicht essbar (kommt natürlich auf die Unverträglichkeit an, aber ich konnte beides nicht essen) und ehrlicherweise verstehe ich persönlich auch etwas anderes unter Frühstück.

Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Betten waren in Ordnung. Im Zimmer befand sich eine Waschmaschine. Anleitung auf Englisch fehlt. Die Trocknerfunktion ist sehr schwach. Man muss zwei den Trocknervorgang einschalten, damit es halbwegs trocken wird. Für drei Nächte war es ok. Länger würde ich hier nicht bleiben. Es gibt auch kein richtiges Frühstück, aber gegenüber ist ein SevenEleven, da gibt es Croissants und Kaffee.

Cons:

Lobby wirkt unpersönlich. Man sieht nie jemand an der Rezeption.

we didnt spend to much time at the hotel. Our arrived was past 10p.m so I was difficult to make check in. But you did your best. Thank you so much. Next time we will be earlier

まるでお家のようにくつろげる空間
Pros:

部屋が広めで、畳があるのでまるで自宅のようにくつろげました。
風呂とトイレを囲う壁に少し圧迫感を感じましたが、今思えば換気扇の防音対策も兼ねてるのかなと思いました。
おかげで良く眠れました。
電子レンジや調理器具も充実していて助かりました。

Cons:

二日目のバスタオルが一枚足りなかったのを清掃員の方から渡された時に気付かず、風呂に入ったのも10時過でフロントの方もいなかったので、そのまま家族が使ったびしょ濡れのバスタオルを使わなければならなかったのが唯一残念な点でした。
それ以外は素晴らしかったです。

良かった。
Pros:

室内で食事をする時、テーブルも大きくて、子供も大人も食べやすかったです。
部屋の中に、洗濯乾燥機と電子レンジがあったので移動をせずにすんで便利だった。

Cons:

シーツやタオル、お風呂、ベッド下の端っこに家族のではない毛が付いていました。
フロントへの連絡方法がないのは、不便だった。

Friendly staff, easy check in check out.
Pros:

The room was the perfect size for my family and very comfortable. I have young children and the beds were low to the ground and the floor was on the softer side.
