Die Lage (etwa 15 min vom Bahnhof, nahe dem Zentrum). Die Sauberkeit und moderne Ausstattung. Der Preis war für 3 px angemessen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist ein "Alibi", das war nicht wirklich gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Tisch & Stühle, dafür mit Tatami-Matten und Sitzkissen. Eine Auswahl wurde uns diesbezüglich nicht angeboten. Einige Installationen (bspw Wasserhahn im WC und in der Küche) waren defekt oder lose (schlecht instandgehalten). Keine Ablagen o.ä. für Kleidung (Schrank war durch Equipment belegt).

A comfortable and convenient stay, with great in-room facilities and a lovely view.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, with a very nice view from the 14th floor. Having a washer-dryer in the room was a huge advantage during a longer trip. The location was convenient, and we also appreciated being able to refill drinking water from the dispenser near reception 24 hours a day.
Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing. We were shown a choice of granola or egg sandwiches, and were told that coffee was included and that cappuccino was available. In the end, the sandwiches were served in a box and consisted of one egg sandwich and one tuna-and-mayonnaise sandwich, while the only coffee available was black coffee. The boxed granola and sandwiches felt more like takeaway provisions than a hotel breakfast. For over ¥1,000, we felt it would have been better value to simply buy breakfast from the convenience store across the street.

Cons:

pour le petit déjeuner en boisson chaude il n'y a que le café de compris c'est dommage quand on vient en famille on aurais aimer avoir également les chocolats chauds et le thé même si le supplément n'est pas très cher.
c'est le seul petit défaut que je dirais.
