La habitación muy cómoda. Un poco lejos de la recepción.

Cons:

Me hicieron comprar un pack de descuentos y promociones de spa etc que no sirven para nada. Son descuentos mínimos de cosas muy caras que no querrás pagar.

Excelente hotel
Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel y la atención del personal son excelentes. Estuvimos en familia durante 6 días, hay varias opciones de restaurantes y bares. La habitación suite máster es prácticamente un apartamento, muy bien dotado de todo lo necesario. Al hacer el check out se pueden seguir utilizando las instalaciones del hotel e incluso te pueden reservar una habitación junto al lobby en caso que se requiera del uso de ducha y vestiere entre otros. Los bares ofrecen licores y bebidas muy variados.
La playa es relativamente cerca aunque se puede disponer constantemente de carritos de golf que en 5 minutos llegan a la playa. Las piscinas no son profundas, son seguras.

Cons:

No me gustó la manera en que Booking tomó mi reserva. Mi búsqueda era para 5 personas y reservaron habitación solo para 4. Booking no toma la información de búsqueda. Tuvimos que pagar en el hotel bastante dinero por la quinta persona que no incluyeron. Debe haber coherencia con la información de búsqueda y las opciones de reserva de habitación. En cuanto al hotel, podría haber mejor iluminación en los senderos, el restaurante mangú es bueno pero la atención muy demorada. Hacer reservas para las cenas es un poco difícil porque nunca hay disponibilidad en los restaurantes excepto para el bufet. El restaurante origen del bufet tiene variedad de platos pero para los desayunos casi no hay cambios en el menú.
Hay muchos mosquitos, recomendable llevar repelente, las moscas a veces son un problema en los restaurantes aunque son pocas son molestas.

Todo, todo es realmente hermoso, el servicio es increíble y la habitación súper grande, muy limpio todo, la comida excelente! Pasamos unos días maravillosos en el hotel! Kenia fue nuestra concierge y fue realmente maravillosa! Nos ayudó absolutamente en todo, extremadamente amable, resolutiva, todo en manos de ella fue increíble! Muchas gracias!!

El lugar está excelente para quien busca tranquilidad. La comida muy buena. El service room está incluido y el menú está el final. Los empleados Norberto, José y Lucy 100/10 💪💪💪💪💪 en general los empleados muy amables.

Cons:

Solo pensar en hacer alguna pileta pequeña para los perros ya que que hace demasiado calor en punta cana y los perros igual pagan 90 us por noche.

WE HAD A GREAT TIME.

OUR TRIP WAS WITH 20 PEOPLE (8 KIDS), THERE WAS ALOT TO DO; SWIMING, FOOD( LOTS OF PICKEY EATERS), GREAT ACTIVITY. SMALL GIFTS TO FIT EACH FAMILY. PLEATY OF ROOM, SO WE WERE NOT STEPNG ON EACH OTHER. WE HAD A GREAT TIME.

Excellent swim up suite
Pros:

The room was beautiful. The swim up pool was very quiet. My 4 year old daughter loved the kids club, aqua park and fun republic. The family concierge Ali was very helpful. He left some beautiful gifts for our daughter in the room. Beach was lovely. There was lots of beds and shade. WiFi was available everywhere. The sports bar was nice where the food was good and it had pool tables, table football and Jenga to keep my daughter occupied.

Cons:

The food wasn’t great from the buffet. It was very repetitive. The music was very loud from the pool even when no activity was taking place. Cocktails were hit and miss when brought by the pool staff (although cocktails were great when ordering from indoor bars).
