Excellent swim up suite
Pros:

The room was beautiful. The swim up pool was very quiet. My 4 year old daughter loved the kids club, aqua park and fun republic. The family concierge Ali was very helpful. He left some beautiful gifts for our daughter in the room. Beach was lovely. There was lots of beds and shade. WiFi was available everywhere. The sports bar was nice where the food was good and it had pool tables, table football and Jenga to keep my daughter occupied.

Cons:

The food wasn’t great from the buffet. It was very repetitive. The music was very loud from the pool even when no activity was taking place. Cocktails were hit and miss when brought by the pool staff (although cocktails were great when ordering from indoor bars).

Excelente Hotel Familiar 5 Estrellas
Pros:

El Hotel es increible, ideal para ir con niños de 6 a 12 años, tiene un parque acuatico perfecto para ellos y actividades durante el dia para entretenerlos. Las utilizamos en varias ocasiones. La comida del buffet de muy alto nivel y tambien los restaurantes. Las habitaciones amplias y muy comodas. El personal muy atento y es importante mencionar que tuvimos un accidente en la piscina con mi hija y el personal del Hotel, especialmente Anderson , Supervisor de Guest Services se preocupo de todo, incluyendo coordinacion de taxi y pagos de clinica en Punta Cana y gracias a su gestion salió todo lo mejor posible. La Playa tambien es perfecta.
Imperdible el FUN Republic dentro del complejo. ESPECTACULAR.

La distancia de la playa, pero el transporte funciona perfecto asi que si esperas a lo mas 5 min no es para preocuparse.

L'hôtel est très confortable, propre, family friendly avec beaucoup d'options pour les adultes et les enfants. Le personnel est très professionnel et sympathique avec plein de petites attentions. Nous étions en basse saison donc aucun problème de réservation pour les restaurants le soir.
La nourriture est correcte et variée.

Cons:

Teraza sucia, los cojines lleno de pipi de gato. Deberían ayudar a los gatos a tener un hogar.
Servicio a mejorar, room service a mejorar, atención al cliente a mejorar, tuvimos que volver 5 veces a la recepción solamente para poder agregar una noche a la estadía.
Es un lindo hotel pero todo debería ser perfecto por el alto precio.

No recomiendo este hotel, roban y destratan a los huespedes!!!!

Las instalaciones, fue lo unico que me gusto

Cons:

Me cobraron el total de la estadia una semana antes de mi llegada, cuando no eran las condiciones de mi reserva. Era sin pago por adelantado, y arbitrariamente y sin aviso cobraron el total a mi tarjeta q solo estaba para garantizar.
Y 2 dias antes de regresar, nos robaron dentro de la habitacion, sufrimos un hurto de indumentaria y maquillaje.
Mucho personal ingresando a la habitacion, y revisaban a su antojo que llevarse, muy lamentable y pesima experiencia.
Ademas de que estuve sin linea telefonica toda la estadia, reporte el desperfecto apenas llegar a la habitacion, y nunca lo repararon.
Aun hoy, 5 dias despues aguardo por una respuesta por parte del hotel por el robo, sin respuestas ante mis llamados y correos electronicos. Una total verguenza!!!!

El lugar limpio, las habitaciones limpias, amplias y bonitas, sobretodo casi todo el personal muy amable.

Cons:

La mayoría de el personal muy amable, excepto los de de la barra que está por la entrada en el turno de la noche, solo ellos fueron los que me dieron una sensación amarga en la estancia, luego los demás muy atentos 🙌🏻
