Would definitely come back because everything else was great and it’s family friendly.
Pros:

Location, space and comfort. Kids pool was great!

Cons:

Toilet bidet was the bum washing kind, not hose type. The toilet could have been cleaner, there was abit of grime in the corners of the shower.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Super Ausstattung. Super Lage und sehr nettes Personal. Es war mir möglich den Gepäck-Lagerraum für eine Woche kostenlos zu nutzen.

Was exceptional!
Pros:

I especially liked the fact that there is a washing machine and dryer in the room and the great view over the city. The room itself was spacious and the kitchen well maintained and equipped. The location is very convenient. Alim at check in and the front desk were great. Breakfast was top notch, the rooms were generous sized and comfortable, and the building is ideally located for sightseeing

Cons:

The room could have been more thoroughly cleaned.

Cons:

Need to have options for families greater than 4 people (they put an extra bed in the lounge which wasn’t convenient as there a flashing smoke detector light that flashed all night above). Kitchen not equipped fully (more glasses needed, no knives at all, no scissors and no laundry detergent (even for one wash)).

Pros:

Everything except when in the last few nights the hotel hostted a live band. The vibrations could be heard through my room until 12 and I was unable to sleep. As I had to wake up for an early this ruined my experience with the hotel.

Absolutely stunning and luxurious buffet, pool, and rooms at a mind boggling low price
Pros:

Everything was superb. Breakfast buffet top quality. Use of top floor lounge with all-day refreshments (cafe, pastries, nuts) with extremely comfortable seating and tables a total and absolutely pleasant surprise. The top floor pool view was out worldly. I would stay here again without a second of a thought. Huge and comfortable room design. 6-star hotel, service, comfort, and food. I missed this place the moment I left. I want to live here!

Cons:

6-stars for this price, what's not to like? Otherwise, room was always serviced late in the day (4-5 pm); maybe customary for Kuala Lumpur?? But again, this was one of the best stays I've had in decades of world travel.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The service was exceptional, the rooms were beautifully maintained, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The staff made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.
