Great place to stay at KL
Pros:

The location is close to the Pavilion and Lot 10. They have a shuttle bus if you would like to go to KLCC or TRX too. They also have a washer and dryer in the room which makes laundry easy. They also provide pods for your laundry. The staff was also very courteous and helpful. The bed and pillows were also so comfy.

Absolutely wonderful experience and we intend to stay here again when we come back to KL.
Pros:

The location is absolutely incredible. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable so clean and modern.

Cons:

The pillows became flat when you rested your head on them.
The pool doesn’t have any shade.

Good and will come back again.
Pros:

I like the overall ID works and the furniture and the mattress comfort. Overall very spacious , comfortable for any short to long term stay.

Cons:

I think the TV should have some more app like YouTube and app to watch movies.
Also the walk-in wardrobe lack of shelving to put folded clothes.
