Pros:

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung liess keine Wünsche offen.

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Die Lage ist wunderschön, direkt am Strand. Der Strand ist sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen. Gleichzeitig ist man mit dem Roller in etwa 15 Minuten im Zentrum von Chaweng und in nur 5 Minuten in Lamai.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen würden. 👍🏻

Apaisant formidable
Pros:

La piscine est parfaite. Le staff est vraiment top. L’hôtel se situe à proximité de la plage de Silver Beach qui est incroyable, en face d’un seven-eleven et d’un restaurant familial thaï excellent il n’est cependant pas au cœur des rues animées prévoir des grab pour se déplacer ou scooters l’île est grande.
Hôtel très calme axes sur le bien être.
Petits déjeuners excellent !

Cons:

Il n’y a pas du tout assez de transat pour la piscine mais en même temps la place est assez limité. Personne ne semble s’occuper des transats sur la plage c’est dommage on aimerai pouvoir s’y détendre mais ils sont les trois en mauvais état ou cassés.
Nos compagnons de vie étaient tous très calme et respectueux heureusement car les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées !

Perfect place to relax!
Pros:

The resort is truly beautiful. The pool area is stunning, and the pool felt clean. In general, the resort is very true to the pictures on here. We really liked the design of the place and especially the room. It gives a very homey and cozy feeling. The beds are incredibly comfortable. There's a 7-eleven within 1 minute walk. The staff was attentive and friendly. We would definitely come back!

Cons:

We couldn't manage to turn the AC down - it stayed on one temperature (would say around 20 degrees) the whole time, even when we changed it to 25-28 degrees. The breakfast menu consisted of eggs in almost every dish, which made it a bit tricky for someone who can't eat eggs (maybe the staff could make something else if I had told them tho). As other reviews say, the planning of the shower is a bit strange with the toilet being inside the shower curtain and shower range, but we didn't really mind it too much. Just be aware that it can get slippery.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at SPA Resorts Samui. The restaurant was excellent, offering delicious food with a great variety of options. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.

A special mention goes to the ladies and young boys working there – they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality truly made our experience memorable.

We highly recommend this resort and would be happy to return in the future.

Pros:

Die Lage war gut und das Personal nett. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und Zimmer wurden sauber aufgeräumt. Dies waren auch die einzigen positiven Punkte.

Cons:

Leider mussten wir aufgrund des Regens, einmal das Zimmer wechseln, weil Regen durch die Decke gekommen ist. Als Wiedergutmachung durften wir in den sogenannten Steam Room, der aber nicht funktioniert hat. Auch im zweiten Zimmer kam Wasser durch die Decke, sodass wir in der Nacht nass wurden. Durch die Regentropfen entstanden eklige Flecken auf dem Bett und man hat sich nicht wohlgefühlt. Als wir dies beim Check out angesprochen hatten, haben wir keine Entschädigung erhalten.

Beim Frühstück wurden oftmals Speisen oder Getränke vergessen oder falsch zubereitet.

Das PLV ist dementsprechend nicht gerecht, sowie die Bilder nicht der Realität entsprechen.

Lovely hotel, not a great location
Pros:

I liked that the property was quiet

Cons:

The beach doesn’t give a true reflection to the photos, you can’t lay out on the beach and there’s not enough sunbeds to lay on the beach. Additionally the cabanas advertised were not there

Beautiful hotel with perfect quiet beach
Pros:

Beautiful hotel! Everything smells amazing - the room, the soap etc. Great staff, and beds are super comfortable.

Pool area links to the beach, which is super quiet and has a few sun loungers to use.

Would recommend!

Cons:

Only thing I’d mention is the food from the restaurant could use some work and the room doors do slam with not the best sound proofing, which was quite disruptive.

But we very much enjoyed our stay nonetheless!!

Wir kommen wieder !
Pros:

Es war alles perfekt. Wir hatten einen Bungalow direkt am Pool. Das Meer war auf einer Höhe zu der Poolanlage.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich. Handtücher/Strandtücher wurden jeden Tag neu ausgewechselt. Wasser gab es gratis jeden Tag. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
