While the hotel is in a great location, for the price it needs to be a lot better than it is.
Pros:

Good location and very good gym.

Cons:

The elevators were extremely slow - we often had to wait up to ten minutes for an elevator.
Room security was poor - a man (not hotel staff) entered our room with a master key while we were in the room but the hotel security officer was very slow to do anything. The breakfast buffet regularly ran out of food. The hotel pool which is one of its main attractions is only available free of charge in the morning after which it’s very expensive.

L’emplacement qui n’était pas loin des métros et bus mais également des boutiques et des commerces comme heytea, mixue, ulta, target, flatiron building etc. J’ai pris cet hotel car je l’ai déjà fais une fois donc c’est pour ça que j’ai repris MAIS un peu déçue cette fois (je mettrai le côté nég dans le pas apprécié).

Cons:

J’étais au 25ème et il y a une grosse différence avec le 35e. Le chargeur sans fil ne fonctionnait pas et il n’y avait pas de chaise au niveau de la coiffeuse. C’est des petits détails mais qui compte pour le rapport / qualité prix mais au moins ce qui est bien c’est qu’il lise les demandes et essaye d’y répondre. J’étais au 35e lors de ma première fois à l’hôtel et j’avais précisé que je fêtais quelque chose donc ils m’ont mis dans une bonne chambre mais ce que vous devez savoir c’est que le 25e ou le 35e c’est le même tarif donc quand tu vois que t’es au 25eme et ses détails bah c’est chiant.

Sehr empfehlenswert - wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Die Aussicht war atemberaubend. Wir hatten im
Vorfeld um ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen gebeten und auch erhalten.

Cons:

Zum Teil dauerte die Wartezeit auf den Aufzug leider etwas länger.

The staff at the reception was cool. But not overly friendly. Some spent a lot of time chatting with the guests, even though there was a long line waiting for check in. Worst: They put USD 100 on your card per night. You get it back, but only after a couple of days. Which means they have your and everyone else's 100 USD per night. Like a roll-over loan. It also made me feel uncomfortable to have it this way, and not just give your credit card as a security. Also: No free coffee or water in the lobby.
