Pros:

The bed was comfortable and location was decent.

Cons:

They don't state clearly before booking that the pool is off limits to kids after 12pm. There was nothing to make me feel like I was in a 5 star hotel.

Super happy with our choice! Our New York experience was elevated by staying Virgin Hotels.
Pros:

The room was larger than we expected. The staff was very helpful and pointed us to resources when we needed help with transportation. David in particular, was great. The bed was comfortable and the service excellent. Loved the modern features and the decor.

Super Lage, große Zimmer und Ausstattung des Hotels. Betten sehr bequem, Blick auf das Empire State Building einmalig. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das GYM ist richtig gut ausgestattet. Einfach top Hotel.

Excellent client service and amenities in great location in midtown Manhattan
Pros:

Clean, sleek design with spacious rooms and excellent service! Got a room upgrade with wonderful view of the city, and location is well connected with bus and subway lines. The 3rd floor restaurant and bar, 39th floor roof top cocktail bar, gym etc is all excellent. Wifi is solid, amenities, shower, all very good.

Cons:

No free water in rooms but restaurant and gym is stocked.

Hospitality forward!
Pros:

If you're going on a trip and want to be taken care of, stay here. The hospitality from all the team members (Tercellle, Juliana, and Adonis to name a few) were above and beyond. They felt like they were here on my journey with me. Whatever I needed, was taken care of, plus plus. For being a swanky spot, they made it warm and inviting. I generally stay across the street for work trips but thought I would try something new, I am so glad I did. Super quiet for being such a large and popular spot. Location could not be better. And the rooms were thoughtful in their design. Thank you to everyone who was part of my week!
