Emplacement de l’hôtel , salle de sport .
Parking payant > cher et compliqué si vous avez pas un numéro de téléphone de floride . Donc quand vous avez payé votre semaine bim vous rajoutez 400 euros de plus pour le parking , le personnel aucun ne vous dit la mêmes choses et aucun effort pour le français , pas très agréable . Les agents de sécurité ou bagagistes sont plus sympa et vous expliquent mieux les choses que le personnel a l’accueil. Ménage de la chambre on ne sais pas , un jour la chambre est faite un jour la chambre pas faites et quand elle est faites c’est vite fais .

Não há um recuo para entrar com o carro e deixar as malas. É preciso entrar no estacionamento para fazer isso. O serviço de estacionamento é extremamente confuso. Só existe um aplicativo para fazer o pagamento, mas não funciona para número internacional. Ficamos 1 hora para conseguirmos registrar os veículos e pagar e os funcionários nos “jogando de um lado para o outro” para resolver.
O sistema do elevador, teoricamente, é inteligente, mas não funciona.
Os funcionários da recepção são extremamente arrogantes. Fomos muito mal atendidos, em especial pela Sra. Cory que não teve a menor vontade de nos ajudar com o problema dos carros.
We traveled as a family of 3, including a 2 year-old. The hotel is perfect for families. The 1-bedroom suite is spacious, enough for a crib in the living room. My daughter loves looking out the huge window to see the ships go by. The pool is very toddler friendly with a slope instead of stairs. My daughter was afraid of pools before coming here.
The location is close to many museums and Miami beach (10 mins drive). Lots of good breakfast/brunch places within 10-15 mins walk as well.
The staff are friendly and helpful. They are busy so you might need to wait from time to time. Valet service was good, just make sure to let the staff know when you are ready to pick up the car (not just through their app).

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 32. Stock. Die Aussicht war ein Wahnsinn. Auch Pool war toll und Frühstücken war sehr lecker und gesund.
The hotel itself was gorgeous. Our suite was amazing with wrap around views over the biggest balcony.
It was really expensive. It was during World Cup times but while I thought the price was fair. The city/state taxes etc, raised it by over £160 per night - a significant increase to an already expensive stay.
Tho pool area was good.
