Good but spoiled by taking payment not authorised

Good location front concierge was exceptional

Cons:

Checked out on line no payments required then found payment taken for vehicle parking and didn’t have vehicle contacted hotel several times no joy on refund yet

Localização! Ao lado de uma estação do metromover, muito conveniente. Instalações corretas

Cons:

Apesar de ser suíte, os utensílios de cozinha deixaram muito a desejar...Tinha o mínimo possível. Os eletrodomésticos poderiam ser de melhor qualidade.

Todo estaba bien, el cuarto, el hotel, la ubicación.

Cons:

El servicio del front desk, Les hablé sobre un doble cobro de la noche y literalmente me trataron fatal, además que me cobraron doble y estoy peleando la devolución

Modern, clean. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Very modern, clean hotel.
Staff helpful and friendly.
Used the valet parking which went very smoothly also.
Needed a central location and this fit the bill perfectly.
