Cons:

A FUIR !!!
Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.
Nous avions réservé via Booking.com pour environ 1 700 € avec petit-déjeuner inclus. À notre arrivée, le personnel a pris notre carte bancaire pour une soi-disant “empreinte bancaire” sans jamais nous expliquer le montant bloqué ou débité, ni ce qu’ils faisaient exactement avec notre carte.
Pendant tout le séjour, nous avons demandé plusieurs fois si le petit-déjeuner était bien compris dans notre réservation, et on nous a répondu OUI à chaque fois. Pourtant, au moment du départ, nous découvrons que les petits-déjeuners ont été facturés en supplément avec des montants totalement excessifs et jamais clairement annoncés auparavant.
Le pire : après vérification auprès de notre banque, nous constatons qu’environ 2 500 € ont été prélevés, soit un montant incohérent qui ne correspond ni au prix initial de la réservation ni même aux éventuels suppléments mentionnés par l’hôtel.
Quand nous avons demandé des explications, le personnel a refusé de répondre clairement, répétait toujours la même chose sans chercher à comprendre la situation et a même menacé d’appeler la sécurité au lieu d’essayer de résoudre le problème calmement et professionnellement.
En plus de cela, la qualité de l’hôtel était très loin du prix payé :
* ménage fait de manière irrégulière ;
* chambre non préparée correctement pour 3 personnes à notre arrivée (le lit pour la troisième personne n'était pas fait, nous avons du demander les draps et le preparer nous même)
* attente très longue pour obtenir les draps manquants (2heures)
* présence d’insectes/puces dans la chambre (nous avons eu des boutons)
* toilettes bouchées pendant une journée entière ;
* personnel peu aimable et peu professionnel.
Franchement, faites très attention avant de réserver ici. Vérifiez absolument chaque facture, chaque prélèvement et demandez tous les détails par écrit avant de donner votre carte bancaire.

Horrible experience would never recommend. EVER
Pros:

This property is absolutely a mad house. I had a one night stay, I was charged an additional 360. (No smoking fee and not including deposit) no one could actually give you a response regarding it, all they said was “it was refunded” no receipt or after or anything

Cons:

The Staff,
The doorman gave us someone else’s bags and arguably was upset he had to change them and he was tipped well.

Overall great stay
Pros:

Customer service was excellent. I love that a guest can only go to their designated floor. I felt safe.

Cons:

There was no full length mirror in the apt. Be cautious of any concerts or events happening in the area because it can be a drag to get back to the hotel.

Too much hipe for what they deliver.
Pros:

Wonderfull views and the aparment was very nice, although they didn't give us what we booked on Booking. We had a 3 bedroom, one with two small beds for the kids, and they gave us 3 queen size beds. Less confortable for two kids

Cons:

Parking is terrorific, super expensive and very unconfortable, but like everywhere in Miami. No towels at the pool, lots of empty space in the pool area that no one claimed so we didn't have where to sit or stay. Cleaning wasn't as indicated in pur reservation neither
