Cons:

Nach der Abreise wurden knapp 30 Dollar für einen angeblichen Verbrauch aus der Minibar der Kreditkarte belastet. Der Kühlschrank war voll mit ca. 34 Artikeln die man erstmal ausräumen musste um den Kühlschrank für seine eigenen Dinge zu benutzen. Weitere Snacks und eigenartigerweise sogar ein „Reisevibrator“ befanden sich im Bereich „Food“. Für mich ist das Ganze ein Betrug. Ich hatte mir bei der Abreise extra eine Rechnung geben lassen, wo eigenartiger Weise nichts berechnet wurde.

Pros:

First time in a hotel stay, a perfect score on all fronts. 10/10 for location, amenities, views, staff.

Cons:

I'd advise the hotel to reconsider charging the compulsory amenities fee as an extra after checking in, since it's not optional. Just incorporate it in the room price- hidden costs always leave a sour taste. Also, please provide salt and pepper for the kitchen.

This is a great hotel. I believe if these things were buttoned up, this would be the best hotel.
Pros:

We had breakfast on the property on the P Level - Scrambled Eggs came out cold.

Cons:

Food could have been better. Also, the cleanliness of the room, we expected it to be better. For Example, the carpet on the floors (rugs) were not clean at all. The dining table looked like it had not been cleaned in a week. Also, we did not have enough towels, when I called and gave them specifically the towels we need, (2 big towels, 3 face towels, and 2 hand towels) We only received 2 Big Towels. When I called again about the missing towels, no one brought them.
Valet parking was great! Those guys were really nice and pleasant to speak to.
