The property looked clean, the staff were very welcoming, check in and out seamless. Ample options at breakfast.
Construction going on in the building next door and you can hear construction noises from room. The linen is awful (grey in colour not a clean white), the pillows are not quality (might as well not of used it for the support or lack of), rooms are not soundproof and you can hear people coming and going, no hot water in our room, bedside lamp didnt work, Aircon cannot be adjusted and despite turning it off it was still freezing. Left at 9.30am came back at 3pm and housekeeping hadn’t been to tidy room. Breakfast area is noisy and the layout doesn’t work - hard to get around people as things seem to be positioned in thoroughfares.
Decent accommodation
We booked 2 rooms for our family - 2 adults and 3 children all above the age of 9. The hotel only gave us 4 beds and said that we had to pay MYR300 for an additional camp bed. They reduced this down to MYR200 as they said they often had this problem through booking. V poor.
Le petit déjeuner est très local, pas du tout international.
L’avantage est que le restaurant est ouvert 24/24h pour manger.
L’hôtel est à environ 20/25min à pied des attractions touristiques.
Concernant la piscine, il y a très peu de transat/chaises.
Le ménage des chambres est à revoir.

The room designated, was to small for 2 persons with 2 large cases and 2 small backpacks which meant we were very cramped and unable to move around freely at any time the two of us were in the room together. If had of known room was so small on booking in would have upgraded for a bigger room to allow some freedom.
Zwembad bovenin was leuk maar niet spectaculair. Wel mooi uitzicht op de towers in de avond.

Muy profesionales, nos trataron muy bien, fueron muy amables.
El buffet del desayuno mejor de lo que esperábamos estaba todo muy rico, probamos frutas y cosas típicas de Malasia.
El hotel estaba limpio y el colchón era cómodo, además te dejan de cortesía agua café, y tienes una plancha por si quieres en algún momento planchar alguna prenda de ropa que se te haya arrugado en el viaje.
En general nuestra experiencia fue muy gratificante, y de los 3 alojamientos que estuvimos en malasia este fue el mejor
Gracias a todo el personal, fue un placer.
Por poner algún impedimento, indicar que aunque la habitación estaba bien era un poco pequeña y lo que no nos gustó fueron las vistas que daba a la pared de un edificio que estaba relativamente cerca. ( Nos tocó una habitación un poco mala)
Por otro lado aunque la piscina es perfecta si decir que ganaría más si no tuviese la mampara o el metacrilato, que realmente fuera una piscina infinita.
Pero solo por poner algo negativo.

Aggiungerei qualche lettino in piscina, ce ne sono davvero pochi e sono molto scomodi.
