PATHETIC! ITS A SCAM

The host cancelled my booking while I was waiting at the lobby without giving me any explanation! I was left stranded, DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS PROPERTY!

Heerlijk verblijf om Kuala Lumpur te ontdekken.
Pros:

De lokatie was goed, op 5 min lopen is er een metrostation waardoor je makkelijk door de stad kan navigeren. Het hotel was netjes, alles zag er goed onderhouden uit. Het bed was lekker en de douche ook. Ook was het er helemaal schoon. Het ontbijt was ook goed.

Cons:

Het was allemaal wat onpersoonlijk.

I liked the people and the place but the cleanliness was very poor
Pros:

The staff were extremely nice and freindly and helpful and I could not praise the door staff enough. They went out of their way to ensure that guests including myself had all the information we needed, helped getting grabs and ubers and even helped me with my phone. 10/10 for excellent service

Cons:

the shower had mould on it and it was visible and you could smell it and it was well below par, the mould on the shower floor was so bad that I showered in bare feet on my first night after arriving late in from a flight and I got tinea within 2 days and this is the only place that it could of occurred. How disgusting that the shower is not cleaned with bleach and rinsed between guests. I can see that the shower floor had not been cleaned for a long time to reach this stage of mould growth, in fact proof that it was not cleaned at all. So that says not a good place to return to as the hygeine level is VERY POOR.

good Location, Rooftop swimming pool, excellent service, decent breakfast, walkable to little india Hanifa stores etc... Near to kl tower. Welcoming and helpful staffs.
