Buen departamento, pero camas malas. Ubicación regular
Pros:

El living comedor estaba muy lindo y agradable, el departamento muy limpio.

Cons:

La calidad de las camas, malos los colchones y las almohadas estaban realmente malas todas apelotonadas. No había closets en las piezas donde dejar la ropa.
El equipamiento de la cocina muy básica, no había tetera eléctrica no cafetera con capsulas.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et serions prêtes à y retourner éventuellement.
Pros:

Tout était parfait! Stationnement payant à un pâté de maison.
Une seule petite suggestion, l'ajout d'un miroir...

Cons:

Pas de soucis à circuler à pied dans le quartier le jour, mais un petit peu inquiétant tard en soirée.

Enjoyable.
Pros:

It was clean & had all of the basic necessities. The location was convenient to restaurants & shopping.

Cons:

The shades on the windows are not sufficient. It was like trying to sleep in subdued light. Lights from the building under construction behind were shining in.

Lively area of Quebec city
Pros:

This was a very comfortable place to stay for our first trip to Quebec City. We needed 2 bed rooms and 2 bath. What to expect.It was very clean, plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked. There was salt and pepper , but no coffee or tea . The check in was super smooth . This is the Saint -Roch area or lower city , and it was a good location. You could walk to the old part of the City. Close to the train station. And there were a lots of very good restaurants, patisserie and shops, that were a short walk from the Lofts. Hono Izakay was one. Also a very good supermarket less than a 5 minute walk. There was a General store with practically anything you might need, Art supplies,office , kitchen gardening, water sports etc. This particular vacation rental's entrance was not on Rue Saint-Joseph E, but on a side street. Also Booking.com was very good about letting us know of construction that is going on right next to the building. Some of the road is blocked off so not much car traffic. There was not much noise during our stay. We enjoyed our stay, it was comfortable.

Cons:

This is not a dislike , just what to expect if you have never stayed in this area before. Saint -Roch is described as gritty , with some areas gentrified.It was a historically a working class neighborhood. It is not touristy, but lively. There was quite a number of street people. You just need to be mindful, as in many cities.
Loft, there is only one A/C unit .It's in the kitchen /living room .The windows are fixed. There was some sort of unit to exchange the air ,but we ended up getting 2 small fans for the bedrooms to help circulate the air.Both bedrooms got stuffy with heat.

Spacious, modern and close to transport if required
Pros:

The apartment was very spacious and modern.

Having a supermarket close by and a full kitchen to use was excellent too.

Cons:

The main door was very heavy and hard to use because of its quick close design.

Bien-être et confort au milieu de la ville!
Pros:

Quel magnifique endroit! C'est un havre de paix dans la folie des vacances. Tout est propre, bien rangé et confortable. Nous y avons passé du temps de qualité. Le salon est très confortable et amène à la réunion et à la détente. Les lits sont moelleux et séparés pour préserver l'intimité bien qu'on soit dans un loft. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine pour se préparer un bon repas et manger tranquillement comme à la maison. J'ai adoré mon séjour au Loft St-François. Je le recommande à 100%.

Cons:

Il serait bien de prévoir un endroit où suspendre les serviettes de douche pour séchage.

L'appartamento è moderno e confortevole, i due bagni sono molto utili per una famiglia

Cons:

L'esposizione dell'appartamento al sole durante tutta la giornata lo rendono particolarmente caldo con temperature non inferiori ai 27-28 gradi, nonostante l'aria condizionata che non sembra funzionare alla perfezione. Le tapparelle lasciano filtrare la luce anche di notte e alle 5 di mattina eravamo tutti svegli. La posizione dell'alloggio è distante dal centro storico e si trova in un quartiere molto malfamato con la presenza ad ogni ora di diverse persone parecchio disturbate in un contesto di forte degrado
