Horrible
Pros:

My family had a reservation from Friday to Sunday and some how my room was cancelled and me and my family was left with nowhere to stay kids and all.

The front desk lady was no help acted as if she didn’t care at all

Overall, nice stay.
Pros:

Clean, nice, easy check in, kept my item safe that I forgot at the hotel and was waiting for me as I flew back into Chicago and picked it up. THANK YOU

Cons:

It's confusing that it's located within Staybridge, The signs are not clearly marked, and the phone number did not work. It was a pain to get ahold of someone at the front desk. The staff at the front desk were not super friendly and we had been traveling for a long time.

Very good for my purpose, clean, comfortable and friendly. Close to the airport
Pros:

I stayed overnight due to flight cancellations. Did not experience the local area but convenient to the airport with shuttle service. Room was good and very clean. Staff were friendly.
