Pros:

Very good location to reach palexpo by car in less than 5 mins and in a modern building with restaurants, nearby Shopping. Tram stops right across the road to reach the city center Bel-Air in about 20 mins .also good 24/7 gym and good breakfast.

Cons:

Awkward layout for lobby and elevator . Some rooms are too close to the next building

Nettes Zimmer und guter Tramanschluss, Teenie konnte vom Fenster aus die Flugzeuge beobachten. Preis Leistung war wirklich gut, mit einem perfekten Aufenthalt war auf Grund des günstigen Preises nicht zu rechnen, was ok ist.

Cons:

Aufgrund der Lage Nähe Flughafen und an der Strasse ist es mit offenem Fenster natürliche sehr laut. Mit geschlossenem Fenster ruhig. Allerdings vorher gut lüften, in der ersten Nacht hat uns die laute Klimaanlage dann aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Das Frühstück war für sehr viele Personen vorbereitet, allerdings hatte das Hotel in der Osterwoche nur eine sehr geringe Auslastung, wirklich kein Mensch isst Tütenrühreier welche seit Stunden nur von einer einzelnen Person getestet unter der Wärmelampe stehen oder Bacon aus einem vor Fett triefenden Berg unter der Wärmelampe, sowie angetrockneten Aufschnitt. Dass das Hotel viele Lebensmittel wegschmeissen muss ist dann sicher kein sinnvoller Hinweis für Gäste, sondern man sollte die Qualität und Quantität des Dargebotenen überprüfen.

The hotel right next to the tram and free transport into town . free transport to and from airport.

Cons:

The room was laid up for one, one towel, one cup, one pillow. We asked twice to have it cleaned.
Not enough teabags for two for two nights.

Convenient location close to airport and direct connection with city centre by tram (20min).
Hotel provides shuttle to/from airport.
Every worker we met was friendly and open to support with any question.
I Appreciate sustainable approach to clean room only by request.
Breakfast is classical with enough choice. Coffee is good quality.
Everything was good . Nothing to complain about.

Pros:

The staff, particularly on reception were amazing, particularly Jean Gael and Marina. My flights were cancelled multiple times, JG showed such empathy and great service, he was an absolute pleasure at a frustrating time. Thank you again!

Cons:

Hotel direkt neben einer Hauptstraße und der Stadtautobahn, aber keine schallisolierten Fenster
Klimaanlage wurde trotz Nachfrage an der Rezeption nicht aktiviert.
Am Frühstücksbuffet wurden erst auf Nachfrage ausgegangene Speisen nachgelegt. Dafür stand das Personal in einer Gruppe zusammen und unterhielt sich angeregt.

Parfait !
Pros:

Le personnel est aimable, disponible et d'une grande gentillesse.
L'hôtel est propre, agréable et confortable et le sauna était vraiment très bien !
L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant / bar mais d'autres restaurants et barres sont à proximité.
Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.
