Oda büyüklüğü yeterli. Temizlik güzel. Kalabalık bir otel ama sessiz, ses yalıtımı güzel. Kahvaltı yeterli ve lezzetli. Güler yüzlü çalışanlar. Ücretli olsada otelin altında hem halka hemde diğer otellere hizmet veren ortak bir otopark var. Bölüm bölüm ayrılmış otopark. Arabanızı park ettikten sonra resepsiyondan verilen kart ile otelin asansörüne ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Otopark fişini resepsiyona götürdüğünüzde otopark için indirim yapılıyor. Güzeldi.

Pros:

La posizione è eccellente. A due passi dalla fermata del tram che da un lato ti porta verso il centro città, dall'altro verso il Cern.

Cons:

Il letto, soprattutto il divano letto, non era comodo.

Go there for the location, but not if you want clean and quiet rooms
Pros:

The building is modern and generally works well. For example, there is rarely a waiting time for elevators, and it is easy to get around in the lobby and other parts. There is a tram stop very close by and, if you need to be close to the airport, the location is ideal.

Cons:

* It is noisy. Not from the planes, but from the road. While we requested a quiet room during our booking many weeks in advance, on the day of the arrival we were assigned to one of the most noisy rooms in the whole hotel: looking directly towards the main crossing / ramp to the motorway, and only on second floor. A day later, moving to fourth floor helped a tiny bit, but the traffic noise is still bad. The rooms on 8th floor and above would probably be a better (or ones looking in other directions), but we were not given any of these despite our early requests.
* It is not clean. After checking, we had to request cleaning of the shower and main room floor, because it was just dirty (hair all over the place, and even larger dust particles).
* Room service is opt-in-only, and even then you might not get it. The reception staff demands that, every day room service is wanted, it has to be explicitly requested until 12:00. Well, we did, and still no room service came by on that day, which meant no fresh towels after 3 nights.

Pros:

Hotel was really good one. 5 km from the center. We were with a car, but hotel also provides free city transport tickets. Room and breakfast was really good. Nice people.

Wir haben dort nur einmal übernachtet. Alles was gut, freundliches Personal, Zimmer sehr sauber mit einer riesigen Genfcitymap auf einer Wand, war mal was anderes

Atención excelente!!!
Pros:

El personal muy atento y el hotel cercano al aeropuerto. El servicio gratuito de traslado del aeropuerto al hotel fue la estrella , realmente para mí fue la diferencia por la comodidad. El destino muy variado y muy rico . Volvería las veces que tenga que quedarme en Génova .

Hotel was very handy to the tram which we used for getting around.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent! Gave us an adjoining room because we needed three beds so we had lots of space.

Cons:

Being from Canada, we found it expensive.
