Schöner Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Service

Wir hatten einen schönen dreitägigen Aufenthalt im Embassy Suites by Hilton Doha Old Town.

Besonders gefreut hat uns das kostenlose Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer, wodurch unser Aufenthalt noch angenehmer und komfortabler wurde. Das Hotel verfügt über alle wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten, darunter einen Fitnessbereich, einen Pool und weitere Einrichtungen, die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machen.

Sehr positiv überrascht waren wir auch vom reichhaltigen und abwechslungsreichen Frühstücksangebot. Hier gab es eine große Auswahl, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war.

Ein ganz besonderes Lob möchten wir dem gesamten Restaurant Personal aussprechen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Unsere Wünsche wurden stets erfüllt, und wir haben uns dadurch jederzeit sehr willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war für uns allerdings das Restaurant. Die Einrichtung wirkt etwas stillos und insgesamt eher kühl. Unserer Meinung nach passt das Ambiente eher zu einem 3-Sterne-Hotel und weniger zu einem Haus dieser Kategorie bzw. zur Hilton-Gruppe. Hier hätten wir uns deutlich mehr Atmosphäre und eine hochwertigere Gestaltung gewünscht.
