My stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton was excellent from start to finish.

I was staying during a one-day layover following a connecting flight, and the hotel proved to be a fantastic choice. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade from my standard room to a significantly larger suite. What was expected to be a simple overnight stay turned into a much more comfortable and enjoyable experience thanks to the generosity of the team.

The staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were well maintained, and the complimentary breakfast offered a great selection of quality food to start the day.

The pool area was enjoyable and relaxing, although it would have been even better if drinks were more readily available. Having a pool bar open or easier access to refreshments would have enhanced the experience. Similarly, while the gym was clean and functional, it felt a little under-equipped for those looking for a more complete fitness facility.

The only other drawback was the location. While the hotel itself is excellent, the surrounding area feels somewhat industrial and lacks the atmosphere you might expect from other hotel districts. That said, this was a minor consideration compared to the overall quality of the stay.

Overall, I had an exceptional experience at Embassy Suites by Hilton. The complimentary room upgrade, excellent service, quality breakfast, and comfortable facilities made for a memorable stay. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone needing accommodation during a layover or short visit and would gladly stay here again.

Net and staff

This was my first stay at Embassy Hotel Doha, and I had a great experience.

I would like to give special thanks to Junior for his kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. He was one of the reasons our stay was so enjoyable and comfortable.

The hotel staff in general were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Their positive attitude and attention to guests made a real difference.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha and would gladly stay here again.

Decorating, breakfast

This hotel is absolutely dreadful, and I strongly advise everyone to completely avoid it.
The location is terrible, with awful access points that make getting in and out an absolute nightmare. The rooms are micro-sized and completely lack any soundproofing; we could literally hear every single noise and screaming child from the neighboring rooms as if they were standing right inside ours.
To make matters worse, during the Eid holiday which ruined our break entirely the hotel parking was completely full, forcing me to park my car out on the street for two full days. I did not get a single moment of comfort or relaxation during this stay. Do not waste your money here.

As a person in the wheelchair requiring a handicap broom, I have to say their rooms were exceptional. The layout is very nice and the amenities were very good for someone who has a disability, including the pool area with a lift to take you up the stairs to the pool and then a rail to hold on to get into the pool plus the lifeguard was so kind and would help anytime I needed it but all the staff was like this. It really wasn’t exceptional trip and I’m surprised by how well the hotel is run how kind the staff were and how clean it is will definitely be back.
