Great location and pretty good facilities. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Considering what was offered it is very expensive (small room and didn't think it looked as great as the photos) Then again, it is a good location being very close to the bars and pubs of Camden

Bed was comfortable, fresh and clean.

Cons:

Needs deep cleaning in bathroom, no mirror at desk/vanity unit, tiny towels, no conditioner, horrid smelling hand wash and products, no ironing board, needs a key card for every minor movement around the place, cleaners came far too early, early check out, no steaming TV, floor tiles loose, desk chair filthy, HIDEOUS lighting ! bathroom unbearably hot, shower hard to get into, location an absolute DUMP.

Basic and overpriced
Pros:

the hotel is located in a calm street so very quiet and still close to the busy Camden and easy access to the underground. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

Sadly the beds were not very comfortable and the interior felt rather cold and uninviting. You also can’t open the windows, which made the room feel quite closed off. Because of that, I didn’t sleep well and felt somewhat isolated during my stay.
There also isn’t a proper reception, only a self check-in system, which added to the impersonal atmosphere. Overall, the experience felt quite generic, distant, and lacking warmth. On top of that, I found the price quite high for what was offered. It simply didn’t feel balanced in terms of value for money.

Consistently positive experience
Pros:

I have stayed here many times and it is always a great experience. Staff are very helpful and kind. I am able to leave my luggage if needed. Beds are very comfortable.

Cons:

There are a few rooms that require you to take a few steps up, which isn’t ideal with luggage - but most rooms are full accessible.
