We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by the level of service throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.

A special thank you to Tracy at the check-in counter, who made the experience even better from the moment I arrived. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, making the check-in/out process smooth and stress-free. Her warm attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest.

We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay there i recommend for a short stay
Pros:

Comfort and cleanliness

Cons:

Sauna doesn’t go up to 65 degrees and the pool close early 7pm

A solid choice
Pros:

We prefer the location away from the beach chaos, it's in a good spot with plenty of local cafes and restaurants. And an easy walk across the road to the riverside. Huge comfy beds. Friendly professional staff. We liked it.

Cons:

A tiny thing, but first impressions count...I'd make sure the tables where new guests sit while waiting to check in are always wiped and not covered in used welcome drink glasses. But that's easily fixed ;-)

Le petit déjeuner était varié et bon. Il y a de nouvelles spécialités tout les jours.

Cons:

Le personnel était assez hautain. J'ai assisté à des échanges où un Japonais ne comprenait pas l'Anglais de l'hôtesse (aux cheveux rouges) et au lieu de reformuler de manière plus simple et plus lentement, elle a simplement continuer à répeter vite. Ce 'nest pas ce qui est attendu d'un hotel de ce standard.
