Its location.

Cons:

The service was very slow throughout my stay.

1. The receptionist refused to complete the check-in process using my digital government ID.

2. As a result, I requested my car through the valet service to retrieve my physical ID. Unfortunately, the service took more than 30 minutes, and I eventually had to go to the basement and collect the car myself.

3. The AC was not functioning properly despite being set to 22. I reported the issue to the receptionist who informed me that the maintenance team would be notified. However, after leaving the hotel and returning later, the issue remained unresolved.

4. Be aware that parking may be difficult to find if you arrive around midnight as parking spaces are limited.

Pros:

Nice location

Staff were very nice, especially Mr.Zaffar Abdulgaffar, he helped a lot during check in and gave us many tips to make our stay great in Qatar.

Cons:

Although hotel room was clean and tidy, the furniture was old and dated.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

“We stayed at the hotel yesterday and also booked again for Eid next week because we truly love this place. We visit this hotel almost every week because it always makes us feel relaxed and comfortable. A very special thanks to Mr. Ishtiaq at the reception — he was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. He upgraded our booking and made our stay even more comfortable. This is truly our favorite hotel, and we highly recommend it!”
