Our second stay. Can highly recommend this property- great location to experience Chania
Pros:

Great property in an excellent location. Very clean and staff exceptionally helpful

Cons:

stairs were a bit tricky to carry luggage up and down but that was the only issue

Στο δωμάτιο μύριζαν οι αποχετεύσεις.
Υπήρχε μια κακή μυρωδιά συνεχώς που προερχόταν απο το μπάνιο και την τουαλέτα.

Smaller than it seemed in pictures. A downside that you have to check in at a different location (not accessible by car). Staff not very responsive when we called them

مزعج في الليل حيث انه فوق شارع الداون تاون وتحته مطعم مزعج في الليل
عامله التنظيف لم تكن لطيفه معنا غالبا
الاستقبال بعيد عن الشقق وغير متوفرين لخدمتنا دوما

Bardzo udany pobyt, dzięki Państwu z obsługi obiektu wszystko przebiegło bez żadnych problemów.:)
Pros:

Idealna lokalizacja w historycznym centrum. Przemiła i niesamowicie pomocna obsługa.:) We wszystkim nam pomogli i bardzo szybko reagowali. Bardzo czysto, codzienna wymiana ręczników. Apartamenty nowocześnie wykończone.

Wszystko było dobrze:)

Pros:

La douche/sauna, très agréable.
Le lit était très confortable, une belle vue sur le port, rien à dire.
Tout est très propre.

Cons:

Pour que ce soit parfait, il faudrait une petite kitchenette mais il y a déjà la présence du nécessaire (petit réfrigérateur, etc.).

We stayed at Elia Erato for three nights and it was very good. We will definitely stay at Elia Erato again when we visit Chania. Everything was great, just as described. I highly recommend it.

Nice stay for a shory stay
