Pros:

I loved everything about the hotel and our stay. Excellent service, friendly staff, and an amazing atmosphere throughout the day. Pool is nice and serene in the mornings, and the lobby is lively in the evenings. The food was also really good. Special thanks to Ghamzeh for the warm welcome and Anthony (Cecconi's) for taking care of us.

Cons:

There's nothing I did not like. Everyone was friendly and doing more than required to make sure we were happy and comfortable.

أرقام الغرف مع الإضاءة الخافتة في الممرات وجدنا صعوبة بمعرفة رقم الغرفة كان من الأفضل إذا تمت كتابة أرقام الغرف بلون مختلف أو فاتح حتى نتمكن من مشاهدته.

Handcream smell indicate it is old.
Reception receiving experience is normal (no welcome.drink as an example).

المصاعد خربانه سببت لي اصابات ودخلت على اثره المستشفى مدير الامن والسلامه شخص سئ جدا لم يتعامل بذوق معي رقم الاصابه ولم يقدم اعتذار او يتابع الموضوع
