Pros:

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel, after we endured a terrible experience in a Danang hotel, they were very accomodating, by booking us 2 excellent rooms for our 5 day stay at short notice. All of the staff were smiley, friendly and couldnt do enough for us to ensure a perfect stay. The pool was awesome, the hotel beautiful, the staff wonderful. We all loved this place and we will be back 100%

Beautiful hotel on great location. Super super friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic pool with cooled water, which is really refreshing in hot days. Massage happy hour from 9 am to 11 am, which proved to be fantastic choice. We had beautiful family suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We strongly recommend.

The Delicacy didn’t disappoint
Pros:

We love the boutique feel of this hotel, it feels intimate and is tastefully decorated. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The facilities and breakfast provided are fabulous and made our second stay at the hotel just as enjoyable as our first. Upon arrival we were able to upgrade our room, which made our stay even more special . For people wanting a quiet and friendly sanctuary, away from the hustle and bustle, The Delicacy is a perfect choice.

Cons:

Although it is a 10/ 15 minutes walk back into the old town, we enjoyed the walk back to the hotel, away from the noise and the crowds.

The staff are amazingly polite, professional and attentive.
The design and decor is beautiful and the pool was so inviting.
Buffet breakfast offered many choices and service was excellent.
Our rooms were serviced by Nyuget, who ensured we had everything we needed daily. Exceptionally clean linen and comfortable beds.

Cons:

The room was lovely but a little small for long stay guests. Otherwise absolutely no dislikes.

Tutto fantastico! Dall’accoglienza (Hannah si è presa cura di noi fin dal primo minuto in cui siamo arrivati in struttura, è stata super gentile e disponibile ad aiutarci ad organizzare il nostro soggiorno ad Hoi An), alla colazione (abbondante, varia e di qualità), alla camera (ci hanno offerto gratuitamente un upgrade di camera che era davvero eccezionale), alla piscina e infine ai servizi (abbiamo usufruito della lavanderia e prenotato tour e trasporti con loro). Hanno inoltre un bello
Sky bar dove poter godere di un cocktail al tramonto. Infine un ringraziamento a Viktor per la gentilezza!

Das Personal wie aus einem Bilderbuch, sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Bett war superbequem. Das Hotel liegt ungefähr einen Kilometer von der Innenstadt weg, jedoch zu Fuß super erreichbar.

Great Hotel with an old world Charm
Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful, clean and has an old world charm. The pool was also great. I did want to say there were two staff members Chloe and Rachel who made our day even more special. They were super nice, helpful and just good people, like an old friend.

Nice hotel and friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were welcoming and informative. They greeted us each day by our names which is a lovely touch.
Hotel is tastefully decorated, very clean and the restaurant menu was very nice.

Cons:

The pool area is smaller in real life than it appears in the photos.

Although the hotel is close to the ancient town, you have to battle with the traffic since the pavements are blocked with parked mopeds. This is not the responsibility of the hotel, but we ended up taking taxis into the centre to avoid the this.

Wonderful stay, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel
Pros:

Proximity to old city was great. Very clean facilities and superb kind helpful staff in particular Chloe and Rachel. Room was good, huge very comfortable bed, great air conditioning and fast Internet. Pool was a welcome relief from the heat. Great spa on site plus others in the near vicinity.
