I’d highly recommend the property, the staff were incredible.

Great Hotel with friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

Lovely staff, comfortable beds, close enough to Old Town but still just far enough away to feel you were not surrounded by other tourists.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay, it had everything you need but nothing to rave about, as with most buildings in Vietnam the finishers are not the best on some things but this is just nit picking

tutto perfetto, nulla da ridire. ma è meglio farsi assegnare una camera che affaccia all'interno per evitare i rumori del traffico cittadino

Cons:

nella doccia mi è scivolata la bottiglietta del bagnoschiuma che è caduta e si è rotta. per questo mi sono state addebitate 6 euro di danni sul conto! Più 3 euro per il lavaggio del copripiumone del letto che si è macchiato quando ho poggiato una borsa... in tutto sono solo 9 euro, ma è la prima volta che mi capita una cosa simile!!

Pros:

Tres bel hôtel avec personnel gentil et bon emplacement.

Cons:

Sur booking il était mentionné que la chambre est adaptée à 2 adultes et 2 enfants mais en réalité il n y avait de la place que pour le lit king size et le lit bébé. Pas de lit pour notre 2eme enfant.

Chloe, Susan and Victor did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. There were a lot of choices for breakfast. Would recommend staying here. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the old town. Take a tuk tuk if you don't want to walk, they are cheap and efficient.

Pros:

Uns hat die Unterkunft insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war gut und wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt.

Ein kleiner Nachteil war allerdings, dass das Zimmer recht hellhörig war und man den Lärm von draußen teilweise deutlich hören konnte.

Besonders positiv war das Personal. Alle waren sehr freundlich, jederzeit ansprechbar und haben uns mit guten Empfehlungen weitergeholfen. Man hatte wirklich das Gefühl, dass ihnen wichtig ist, dass wir uns wohlfühlen und mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden sind.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.
