Nice hotel, good breakfast

Gorgeous property from lobby and breakfast room and pool area to the room with balcony as well. So well done - the colors and vibe are on point. They will really take care of anything and everything you need. Victor and Susan in particular really make you feel so at home from luggage and luggage to history of the city, any room needs etc.

Large two level duplex suite with nice views of pool and surrounding area. Free bike rental. Superb breakfast!

Absolutely amazing stay . Staff are amazing beautiful people made our stay in Hoi an effortless. booked a snorkel trip fantastic. The pool is the best so cool when returning from the old town. Amazing coffee at Delicacy as best as anywhere in Hoi an. Thank you Delicacy

We had a wonderful stay at Delicacy Hotel Hoi An. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring Hoi An while still being quiet and relaxing. Excellent service, great value for money, and a truly pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

The staff were so lovely and helpful. Included breakfast was always fresh and the pho at dinner was great! Roughly 15 min walk to Ancient city. We also really enjoyed the hotel spa service.

Location wise, it is aboit 10 to 15 minites walk to the old town.

I am happy to stay in this hotel if I revisit Hoi Am agsin. May go in a colder month.

Amazing stay. The staff is attentive and very friendly. Eric helped unlock the free bike provided to roam the city. Cloe and the front desk staff were helpful and accommodating when outer tailored clothes took longer. The rooms are beautiful amd look exactly as described on the website. Wonderful experience.

Such lovely helpful staff, great breakfast and close enough to walk to old city but far enough away to be quiet. Pool shady and perfect after walking around in the heat. Sunset from rooftop area beautiful. Would come back.

The staff here are exceptionally helpful. I had a sore ear and they arranged for me to go to the International Hospital who were also amazing and sorted it for me. The breakfast was great, bed super comfortable and turndown at night with an informative sheet on the local customs. It’s our third time here what more can I say. A Vietnamese massage and relaxing facial with Grace was perfect and beyond expectations. We’ll be back.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the location is perfect for exploring the charm of Hoi An. Everything was exactly what we hoped for.

A special thank you to Alice and Chloe at the front desk. 🌸 They were always friendly, helpful, and ready with a smile. Their warm hospitality made us feel more like friends than guests.

As someone who travels frequently, I have met many wonderful hotel staff members over the years, but Ms. Hong is someone I will never forget. She cared for us with genuine kindness and always made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay.

Whether it was helping us with our plans, checking in to see how our day had been, or simply sharing a conversation, she always went above and beyond. What touched us most was how sincere and caring she was. By the end of our stay, she no longer felt like a hotel staff member. She felt like family.

Leaving the hotel was surprisingly emotional because it felt like we were saying goodbye to people who had become a part of our journey. ❤️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
