Pros:

Lovely property, clean, fresh, super friendly and helpful staff and great service. Comfortable room, yummy breakfast was heaps of options and great cocktails with dinner.

Quiet location, excellent service and beautiful rooms.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a quieter part of Hoi An (ten minute walk or a quick grab ride to the old town). We had stayed at Delicacy in Hanoi years earlier before the closed and reopened in Hoi An. Same level of excellent service and stunning decor. The staff couldn’t do enough for you - they were wonderful especially Susan and Rachel. We had lovely massages in the Deli Spa.

We loved our stay here and will definately return next time we visit Hoi An

We loved that the location was just a short walk from the Old Town, so it was nice and quiet. Hotel atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, staff were super friendly, and breakfast was great.

Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und professionell. Die Betten sind die bequemsten, die wir in ganz vietnam hatten, man schläft wie auf Wolken! Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut, mit einer guten Auswahl an vietnamesischen und europäischen Gerichten.

Wir können das hotel jedem empfehlen, der ruhige und erholsame Tage in hoi an verbringen möchte!

The 6 day stay at the hotel really did make our trip to Hoi An very pleasant
Pros:

The staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful. A special mention and Thank you to Chloe. The hotel was in a perfect location for us, Breakfast and dinner were also very good and the pool was a relaxing addition to our stay.

Cons:

I think they could add a few more sun loungers by the pool but everything really was very good.
