Breakfast was very good.

The uncleanliness of the sheets! The advertisement of the trundle bed and the actual nothing as it seems, not as advertised.
The rooms were a nice size and spacious. And the hotel was in a perfect location from stores and the main highway.
The room wasn't ready upon arrival. And they ran out of room keys, on entering my room the sheets were dirty and the bathroom wasn't clean. I called down and requested wash clothes and towels they told me they ran out and would send some up later but never arrived. I tried to speak with the front desk and was told it was nothing they could do at the moment. I stayed there for a week and my room only got cleaned once the whole stay. I had to go out and buy my own wash clothes and towels because the staff never replenished them.

It was very dirty outside by the entrance and the breakfast was horrible!!!

Booked with in site washer and dryer advertised as amenities and that was not the case. Night clerk seemed to be busy and unable to locate a lot.

Our room had random long hairs all over it. Clearly not ours. Wasn’t cleaned well, breakfast was also disappointing. Very long wait to check in with only 1 person ahead of us. They also said our reservation with linked to someone else’s.. we were traveling alone and definitely didn’t have it linked to anyone else.
My stay at SpringHill Suites in Jacksonville was extraordinary, especially because of the staff at the front desk. They truly went out of their way to make my stay a memorable one. They were personable, friendly and helpful in every way. I also really liked the room layout and lighting. The room had a couch and desk area somewhat separate from the sleeping area. I was working while I was there so I appreciated the professional setup of the office/livingroom area and later when my family members and I were spending time in the room, the separation made it feel more like we were gathered in a living room than a hotel room.
The dispensers for conditioner and body wash were low so I had to work hard to get enough product for my hair. While it was quiet at night, I did hear others in the hallways during the day.
Love everything about the property! The convenience of being close to the highway, restaurants, & stores is a plus!
