Categories

Cleanliness
9
Multiple reviews explicitly state rooms were very clean and staff/cleaning lady praised; guests mention clean, sound-proof rooms and good housekeeping.
Service
9.3
Consistently strong positive mentions of staff (Can, Diyar, Simay, Ozum, Nargiz, Ozgur, Torgun) being polite, helpful and going above and beyond with luggage, airport returns and special assistance.
Location
7.5
Location is convenient and close to the airport (ideal for layovers) but several guests note isolation, perceived safety concerns when walking and occasional noise from nearby traffic/aircraft.
Room Quality
9
Rooms described as comfortable, cosy and in some reports sound-proof; guests reported good rest between flights and overall comfortable stay.
Amenities
8.2
Hotel provides organised transfers, a restaurant and 24/7 desk service; some negatives (dry bar) reduce the score slightly but overall amenities meet transit-hotel needs.
Value for Money
8.8
Several reviewers call it cheap and good for an overnight/layover stay and praised service value; one comment about small meal portions tempers the score slightly.
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfast is repeatedly praised and restaurant food described as tasty, but some mention small portions and a dry bar which lowers this category a bit.
Overall Experience
9
Overall very positive for transit travellers: friendly staff, cleanliness and convenience repeatedly highlighted, with a few location/noise caveats.

Çalışanlar çok iyi, kahvaltı müthiş değil!
Pros:

Çalışanlar Güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi.

Cons:

Very helpful staff, clean, comfortable
Pros:

This hotel really exceeded my expectations! I was just looking for somewhere to stay for a long layover in Istanbul but I was so pleasantly surprised. I arrived later than expected and the beautiful front-of-house staff Mohsen and Ozgur answered all my questions and helped me settle in. They were so polite and helpful and the room was great! Big sitting room, bathroom and the bed was wonderful.
The hotel also organised a transfer for me, which made getting there from the airport and back so easy. Definitely consider this hotel if you're looking for somewhere to stay close to the airport!

Thank you :)
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay for our last night in Turkey before flying back to London. A special thank you to Mohsen Mesut at reception, who truly went above and beyond. He kindly upgraded us to a beautiful room with a jacuzzi, which made our final night extra special. He had no idea it was the end of our trip, but thanks to his kindness, we got to finish an amazing journey on the best possible note. Thank you so much!

Cons:

Nothing!

Es war in Ordnung
Pros:

Die Lage war ruhig.

Cons:

Pros:

This is my fourth stay at this hotel, and I will definitely be staying here again soon. It is only about 15 minutes from the airport, which makes it a very convenient choice when you need to stay overnight between flights. The neighborhood is quiet, and the hotel offers a very convenient airport shuttle service.

Simay and Serkan were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food is very tasty, and the breakfast is quite good.

I would especially like to mention Nargiz at the front desk. She is such a kind and wonderful person, and I really appreciate how she remembers returning guests. After a long journey, she is always so understanding and, when possible, helps arrange an early check-in, which makes such a difference.

Everything at the hotel is very clean, the staff are welcoming, and the location is perfect for travelers. I’m always happy to come back here and highly recommend this hotel!
