Localisation parfaite tout près du centre historique avec parking à proximité.
Très joli jardin et piscine, un gros plus si près du centre !

Petit déjeuner très varié, avec un grand choix de thés (ce qui est rarissime en Italie !)
Malheureusement l'hôtel est bruyant. La cage d'escalier agit comme caisse de résonance, et les bruits de la réception nous ont réveillés assez tôt le matin.
Notre expérience nous a un peu déçus par rapport au prix payé.
This hotel is a bit mixed. Some staff were good, others not so good. The location is handy for many things (e.g. the Botanic Gardens and the station), but the immediate locale is a bit dodgy.
Housekeeping was poor, and the rooms were unattractive and under-furnished.

The location, the friendly and service minded staff and the beautiful garden
The hotel is located in a pleasant, predominantly residential neighbourhood, with several good-quality restaurants situated around a spacious open square nearby. Most of Palermo's main attractions are within comfortable walking distance. Approaching the Bastione Spasimo Hotel through its large, imposing metal doors, it is not immediately obvious that you have arrived at a hotel. Once inside, however, you are greeted by a secluded garden oasis that feels worlds away from the surrounding city.
The rooms are quiet and comfortable, although somewhat compact. For example, Room 6 offered limited space, making it difficult to open two suitcases on the floor, and we had to squeeze past the television to get to the standard double bed.
We reserved three rooms which was all comfortable. The pool area proved to be a great gathering spot and we enjoyed many hours poolside. The breakfast was amazing every morning. The staff were accommodating and helpful.
One of the three rooms was very small for two people for multiple days. The hotel was fully booked so there was no option to switch rooms.

The AC didnt cool enough - Some water leak ay the bathroom ( Shower ) - 1 day we had to request the bath towels because the hoisekeeping forgot them

The hotel is an oasis of tranquility and close to nearby restaurants, bars and historic sections of Palermo. Our room was clean and nicely furnished. We loved the pool area - it was a great place to relax after touring the city. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Unser superior Zimmer im ersten Stock war etwas laut, weil alle Gespräche und Geräusche von der Rezeption und Eingang nach oben hallen. Die Türen der Zimmer im ersten Stock sollten schallisoliert werden. Denn der erste Gast, der am Morgen abreist, weckt alle in den Zimmern im ersten Stock.
Bastione Spasimo was like an oasis of tranquility and comfort. The pool in particular...with its jets...was an immense relief after a hot summer day. Our room was comfy and updated. All the staff...especially Paolo and Fabrizio...were super helpful. Plenty of restaurants to pick from within 5-10 minutes on foot, and the center of Palermo (the Quatro Canti and the Teatro Massimo) were within a 20-25 minute walk.
Hard to find front gate when you first arrive on the plaza that GPS guides you to. The hotel sign is tiny and we had a hell of a time finding the gate even though we were on the plaza.
