Все безупречно. Чисто!, красиво! Уютно!
Pros:

Очень уютный отель. Персонала отеля не видели, но все инструкции были переданы вовремя, поэтому с поселением вопросов не было. В номере все есть, постель, полотенца, подушки, одеяла - все очень чистое, удобные матрасы. Хороший кухонный уголок, есть все необходимые кухонные принадлежности, красивая посуда, кофемашина, и даже новое кухонное полотенце. Отдельное Спасибо за капсулы для кофе! Балкон со столиком и стульями. Санузел, мебель, посуда - все новое и ухоженное. Прекрасный вид с балкона во внутренний дворик. В 3-х минутах ходьбы супермаркет. Хороший тихий район. Из недостатков - далековато от центра, зато рядом ж/д станция, и есть возможность парковки. Адекватная цена для Мюнхена за такие хорошие условия проживания. Все замечательно, с удовольствием остановлюсь в этом отеле еще раз!!!

Pros:

Gut eingerichtetes Appartement, alles sehr neu und sauber, untere Etagen sind mit Monteuren belegt, aber es ist sehr ruhig ( bis auf bisschen Eisenbahn Geräusche, kaum wahrnehmbar)

Everything location is very good train station and bus stops are in 2 - 3 minutes walk. Room was very clean. Cleaning staff are also very helpful. Supermarket is opposite of our room.

Het was uitstekend geluidsgeisoleerd voor de geluiden van buiten, trein, bus en auto’s. Maar ik hoorde wel gestommel van de bovenburen. Was op zich goed te doen.

Идеальная чистота, тихо, хоть окна выходили на железную дорогу, но окна хорошие. Электричка рядом, магазин большой рядом. Бесплатная стиралка и сушилка в подвале. Полностью укомплектованная кухня.

Немного текло за пределы душевой кабинки. Подушки как в большинстве отелей никакие.

Super Lage direkt an der SBahn Station. Nebenan ein Supermarkt im Gebäude kleiner Bäcker.

La ubicación, muy cerca del tren.
Lugar muy limpio y tranquilo.
Ideal para alojarse por trabajo, también hay cerca dos cafeterías para poder desayunar antes de ir a la feria.
También tienes cerca una pizzeria.

En principio todo bien, por decir algo, podíian poner un dispensador de jabón en el lavabo y en la ducha.

Prima uitvalsbasis om München te bezoeken, dankzij goede openbaar vervoer.

Het zonnige terras en tuin en de winkel en metrohalte dichtbij.

Cons:

Geen wijnglazen. Wij zaten aan de achterkant waardoor overlast treinen beperkt was. Aan de voorzijde was er veel geluidsoverlast, hadden wij niet prettig gevonden.
