Pros:

The hotel was very clean and convenient to Tokyo Station, restaurants and shops. the staff was EXCELLENT and helped a lot with our questions about booking train travel, finding places, etc. Having the ability to store your luggage securely at the hotel before check in and after check out is a big bonus as well. While we found it a bit pricey, it was ultimately a great choice for our family of 4 for a single night backnin Tokyo on our way out of the country after a longer stay.

Cons:

A bit pricey. Also, the room we chose, with 4 beds, was comfortable for one night but would have been too small for a group this size for a more extended stay.

Pros:

Hotel made a room upgrade that was so well appreciated. The room was bigger and had a laundry machine. Staff always very gentle and hotel location, near Tokyo station, is the best.

nice location.
Pros:

location is good. easy to access to j Tokyo station and Nihon bashi station. we booed two 4ppl room which is spacious. also hava washi machine in the room

Beliggenheden, loungen med alkoholfrie drikkevarer og snaks i mange timer

Cons:

Meget lille værelse til tre personer. Absolut ingen plads. Separat toilet med meget kraftigt lys og meget støj ved skylning, som foregik automatisk. Vækkede hver gang medbeboerne. Ingen mulighed for at hænge håndklæderne. Ingen stole.

Great introduction to Tokyo and first visit to Japan.
Pros:

Very close to Tokyo Station. Amenities overall were great and while the room was very small, the use of space and separate toilet to the bathroom was great.

Cons:

Our view from the room consisted of a concrete wall which probably added to the feeling that the room was smaller than it was.
