We misplaced 4 days worth of breakfast vouchers (8) that we had purchased on arrival and unfortunately had no option but to repurchase them (as we were travelling in a small group ). On our last morning we found the misplaced vouchers ( worth 16000¥/ $150 AUD) and asked if we could receive a refund for the found breakfast vouchers. We realise misplacing the vouchers was our fault but the staff at the front desk acknowledged they had a record of us re - purchasing them on their computer but would not refund us the money (despite us having the 8 vouchers to return to them and proof of our identity -passport). We had not kept the small paper eftpos machine receipt which they said was essential for a refund, despite their computer having record of the re- purchase. We were very disappointed as we felt there was no good will offered as it was obvious we had made a genuine error in misplacing them in our luggage and they had definite evidence of our double purchase.
Unlike other hotels, they do not record down your room number when you attend breakfast . Don’t lose or misplace your Breakfast vouchers !!

La habitación no era cómoda, la distribución hacía que todo fuese complicado. El horario de limpieza muy justo (de 11 a 14). Las habitaciones daban a una pared y no entraba nada de luz.

Breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing. While there were a different variety of food every day there wasn't a lot of choices. It was just 4 entrees, 1 soup (not miso soup), some form of curry, salad bar, onigiri, fruits, and ~3 varieties of bread. After I complained about the onigiri running out too quickly and being slow to refill they seemingly improved it the next day. But it was still somehow annoying I was forced to eat an onigiri portion of rice instead of being able to scoop the amount of rice I wanted from a ricecooker. They strangely don't have any chopsticks or green tea bags in the buffet area.

One of the most frustrating things was that the AC could not be set lower than 22°C. I prefer sleeping in really cold temperatures and the pj's that were provided made me feel hot so I ended wearing my own back up pj's to be able to tolerate the temperature but I still wasn't able to sleep well since I felt hot.

The beds were more narrow than expected. Only one medium pillow and one small square pillow was provided which was alright, but after I noticed I could get a memory foam pillow from the front desk it was a lot better.

The toilet in the family room had a odd smell. While the toilet in the twin room was starting to develop a odd smell after ~2 days.

Hotel is in the middle of the city so sometimes you can hear a lot of ambulance noises.
