Great location
Pros:

Excellent location. Very comfortable room

Cons:

Toilet opens into room, not much privacy. If this bothers you book a suite or std double which have a different bathroom layout (not the triple room or premium double)

I would stay there again! Very nice place.
Pros:

Easy access to everything and anything you can think of.

Cons:

One of the ladies at the front desk needs to be more customer oriented. She seemed to be bothered when I had questions that she could only answer.

Comfortable and lovely stay to celebrate finishing the Camino!
Pros:

Clean, easy to locate and right in the central area of Santiago by the cathedral.

Cons:

My room was directly by the entrance to the hotel so there was a lot of street noise and noise from people coming in and out of the hotel

Pros:

Love this place. There are bars right in the general area. You’re just off the main plaza so easy access to the cathedral. Definitely worth the money! And don’t miss the breakfast.

Pros:

Location cant be beat right on the plaza. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Front desk were very helpful & assisted with a scheduled taxi for our early train. The breakfast looked delicious, make sure to make a reservation for breakfast the night before or they wont let you have breakfast in the morning.
