Pros:

Fantastic hotel in a marvellous location just off the main square with the cathedral. Lovely, helpful staff. A nice room with comfortable beds, great shower (that was especially appreciated after a long walk in) and (just) a view of the cathedral towers. Everything was lovely and a well-deserved 10 star review.
No lift to the room but that wasn’t a problem for us.

Exceptional property & location
Pros:

Wow! We completed the Camino de Santiago and this location was FABULOUS! It is right next to the cathedral square. And the construction made it extremely quiet.
It is gorgeous modern construction with all the amenities.
Breakfast was excellent!!
I would recommend to all!

Pros:

Location was perfect. Clean and comfy. Fairly large room with nice balcony. We were able to store our backpacks as we arrived before check-in. Didn’t do the pay breakfast.

Cons:

So glad I upgraded to a larger room. Some rooms were very tiny. All hotels in Santiago are overpriced because demand is high.
