Very modern hotel hidden in an old building right near the cathedral.
Pros:

You can literally walk out the front door, go 10 steps and be at the base of the stairs leading up to the plaza in front of the cathedral. Old building with completely modern interior. Comfortable quiet room.

Right next to the Cathedral and shops, what an amazing place.
Pros:

They were amazing, excepted my carryon 32 days before we arrived. I had it sent there, while we did the Camino Frances. They held it all that time, when we arrived they were friendly and so kind! The room was beautiful and clean. We loved everything about it❤️❤️

Absolutely lovely!
Pros:

From the get go, all staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel should get five stars and more! Facilities are extremely modern well kept. Room is very nice and wide. We asked for a reservation for a taxi and they did. On time at the door as requested!!!!

Cons:

All was just perfect! Location is on the cathedral plaza, couldn’t be better!!!

Pros:

This hotel was the perfect way to complete our Camino journey. The location is absolutely unbeatable — just one minute from the Cathedral and the main square, literally a short walk down the stairs and you're there. Despite being so central, the rooms are fitted with soundproof windows, so you won't hear a trace of the crowds outside.

The room itself is cozy and thoughtfully designed — new furniture, modern bathroom fixtures, a coffee machine, and a refrigerator. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, easily deserving a five-star rating. One particularly clever touch: each room has its own entry code, so there's no need to carry a key — just remember your personal code and you're good to go.

The staff were warm and genuinely helpful — they assisted us with calling a taxi and even provided a sewing kit when we needed one. Small things, but they make a real difference after weeks on the road.

We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to every pilgrim finishing their Camino. It's the kind of place that makes the end of the journey feel like a celebration. We truly hope to return next year.

It doesn’t get more central than this! Highly recommend.
Pros:

Although an old building, the interior is to a very high standard. An excellent treat after walking the Camino! Very comfortable, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was extra but very good value. This hotel is central, just off the main square in front of the Cathedral. Definitely recommend.

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Obradoiro de Santiago de Compostela ha sido excelente. Su ubicación es inmejorable, a pocos minutos del casco histórico, lo que permite disfrutar de la ciudad cómodamente. Las habitaciones son muy confortables, el desayuno es variado y de gran calidad, y el trato del personal ha sido impecable: profesional, cercano y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Calida/ Precio excelente. Un hotel totalmente recomendable. ¡Un 10!

Cons:

Quizás en mi habitación 1101 hubiéramos necesitado un mueble cajonera porque solo había lugar para colgar ropa. Ningún cajón para la ropa interior.
