I would opt for the two bedroom unit next time for a party of 4. Otherwise the 2 studios I booked this time were perfectly adequate

Pros:

Can’t beat the location. Comfortable bed, clean room, nice shower. We were travelling with a 3 month old baby and felt very comfortable.

Cons:

AC unit always reverted back to 20 degrees which was at times too cold especially for our baby

Great apartment for a few days stay
Pros:

The apartment was great. Fully equipped and a brilliant location. Beach and old town 5 minutes walk
Loved the code on the door so no danger of losing the key.

Cons:

The shower didn’t drain quick enough so it flooded.

Beautiful apartment in a central location
Pros:

The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and close to restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was lovely with plenty of storage. We would definitely stay there again :-)

Beautiful, modern apartment in a wonderful location to all the sights!
Pros:

The location was great! Our apartment was clean and included all the amenities we needed.

Cons:

We didn’t love having the apartment right next to the office. The ladies were very friendly but we could hear everyone checking in and it also felt like being next to the principals office ;)

Great location and decent price for San Sebastián, expensive for anywhere else
Pros:

The apartment was spacious with a fully stocked mini kitchen area, which was well designed. The apartment is aesthetic and feels clean and modern.

The location is very good if you want to be close to the old town

The pillows and bed were comfortable

Cons:

We were on the first floor which was very noisy. Every time people open doors the door would jangle even when locked. Upstairs the guests were either very loud or the insulation isn’t great. We struggled to sleep with earplugs.

The WiFi connection was really bad, which they did try and help us with but it’s very spotty and weak.

Limited hanging in the wardrobe but imagine people are usually not here for very long.

We loved San Sebastian and would love to come back sometime.
Pros:

Location was excellent, close to everything. We walked everywhere. We rented 2 apartments and both were very nice, especially the penthouse.

There was nothing that we didn't like

Fine top quality apartment in an excellent central location near the main streets and near the beach
Pros:

Top quality modern apartment in excellent central location in fine, secured building but somewhat overpriced based on other stays we had in Spain and Portugal

Cons:

Very poor email communication regarding required registration and prepayment. We requested several times for the property manager to email the necessary forms and no emails were received though my correct email was on file when we finally arrived and did all this in person. Therefore, we had no door codes to get into the building and had to call the manager.

Perfect location, modern and clean

Location is impeccable. We could go for a quick swim, and then be back in the apartment within 6-8 minutes, to change and go out again
