Le séjour était bien, mais dommage qu’il y ait eu ses petits problèmes

Le site la tranquillité, la piscine, la propreté

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pour 4 étoiles l’œuf à la coque ou les œufs au plat sont en supplément donc payant le jus d’orange proposé n’était pas un jus d’orange et une boisson en berlingot si nous voulions une orange pressé, c’était aussi en supplément
Le restaurant était très cher pour les propositions données il y avait un manque de personnel si nous voulions boire un apéritif ou un digestif après dîner souvent il n’y avait personne au bar. Ceci explique cela.

Estadia muito agradável, principalmente zona piscina e proximidade praia.
Pros:

Piscina exterior grande e agradável.
Jacuzzi no exterior.
Spa com sauna, banho turco, circuito de água e chuveiros.
Próximo da praia, mas preciso carro.
Cama confortável.

Cons:

O ar condicionado não funcionou. No entanto, devido a isso fizeram uma pequena atenção na hora de pagar a conta.
O pequeno almoço é bom, mas podia ter mais variedade.
O jantar no restaurante foi bom, mas podia ser melhor, com mais escolha.
Os funcionários eram simpáticos.
Para aceder aos quartos, que ficavam a uns metros do restaurante, piscina e recepção, passamos no meio de campos de golfe. Mas não houve problemas.
A praia é longe e precisamos ir de carro.
Acho caro para o que oferece.

Sono ospite del Riva Toscana da quattro anni e, ogni volta che torno, riesce ancora a superare le mie aspettative. È raro trovare un hotel in cui si desidera tornare così a lungo e che riesca a mantenere sempre lo stesso livello di qualità, cura e attenzione.

L’accoglienza è impeccabile, la struttura è molto piacevole e ogni soggiorno è sempre un’esperienza piacevole e rilassante. Ormai è diventato uno di quei luoghi in cui torno con la certezza di sentirmi bene e di non rimanere mai delusa.

Dopo quattro anni continuo a scegliere il Riva Toscana, e credo che questo dica già tutto. Assolutamente uno dei miei hotel preferiti in Toscana.

Pros:

Struttura immersa nel verde perfetta per chi viaggia con i propri cani.
Camera situata nella depandance abbastanza spaziosa e pulita. . Colazione varia e abbondante. Spazio piscina davvero bello. La piscina è grande e in una posizione sempre molto ventilata. Spiaggia di Pratoranieri pulita e tranquilla ideale per i cani a 2 minuti di auto dal resort. Personale molto disponibile e gentile soprattutto le signore delle pulizie. Resort consigliatissimo.

cassettiera in camera per riporre gli indumenti molto piccola
