Great location and easy access to public transportation.
It’s so called a child friendly hotel. Yes they have indoor playground and facilities for kids. But the hotel staff are not trained to be understanding of guests’ needs with young children. We’ve received a phone call from the front desk after midnight about our laundry in the dryer. Surely there’s a better way to handle this.

Excellent location and family friendly hotel. We requested early and they provided a baby bathtub, steriliser (steam) and stool. We booked a few rooms and one of the premier deluxe room was just beside the family room so we sort of have our own corner. That was a great touch!
There was also free snacks and warm food (iirc 2-4pm) as well as a common space for eating. There are washer and dryer available for use (need to pay) but the place in general looks clean and well maintained. Not forgetting the playground for kids.
The check in is not on the ground floor with limited lifts so can take a while to move between the levels.
There could be more hooks in the bathroom as well.
Location is quite centred between taipei and beimen station. Conveniently located amongst restaurant and convenience stores. Great play area for kiddos, my kids loved them
The play area didnt open until 1030am, we are tourists so typically have plans to go out in the morning, would have loved to have it opened a little earlier so kids can play for a bit before heading out. Happy hour snack bar options can be improved too
The hotel is good especially for children, it comes with a huge lobby area where you can do you laundry (50twd) and area with tables and chairs and screening for kids, it also comes withna children play ground.
The reception's communication could have been better, housekeeping was also not done in time and we were not informed that you need to register for housekeeping.
