Great stay: location + friendly staff + very good rooms
Pros:

Loved the stay!! The staff was very helpful from the get go. Very kind and informative. The rooms have everything you need: comfy beds, good and warm shower, everything pristine clean, and very spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better. It was not lousy, but it could definitely improve with better fruit and more options. It was a little bit difficult to realise the hotel was inside the building. Oh, it could be cool to have Netflix logged in, but that is just nitpicking.

Just book it.
Pros:

Everything! The location is brilliant, spotless clean, super safe, the staff from reception (printing documents I need for onward travel) allowing a later check out, tips on how much to pay for a product I needed and where to best get - amazing ! The kitchen staff and bar man all above and beyond. Awesome breakfast too in lovely room.

Pros:

The breakfast was good, not amazing quality but good enough

Cons:

I ordered some meals in the evening, which could’ve been better quality. The hotel uses their own taxi drivers they’re very nice, especially Duncan.

Fantastic Hotel
Pros:

I have been to Kenya several times and this is without doubt the best hotel I have stayed in. Very clean, air con and fridge in every room, and friendly staff. The breakfast was included and tasted great.

Cons:

Minor point but having a selection of fruit juices and wider selection of fruit at breakfast; as well as cold milk for cereal would be great.

Perfect logistic place in Nairobi.
Pros:

Our base during trips to Maasai Mara and Mount Kilimanjaro. I had the pleasure of staying here three times, and I highly recommend it for this kind of expedition.
