מקום מדהים
חשבו על כל פרט קטן לילדים
החל מהחלוק מגבת והשירותים הקטנים ועד לג׳ימבורי ופארק המים
העברנו שם שבוע והתבאסנו שעבר מהר
הרגיש כמו חופשה אמיתית

Cons:

האוכל ברמה בינונית (למשל אורז לא עשוי, ירקות ופירות לא טריים)
המון קורי עכביש בכל מקום
במועדון הילדים הייתי מוסיפה יותר הפעלה לילדים מאשר רק דפי ציור או ציורי פנים

We visited as a family (2 adults + 1 child) and overall had a fantastic stay. The hotel is a true paradise for kids—the facilities, atmosphere, and activities are exceptionally well-suited for families, making the holiday both fun and effortless.

Cons:

On one evening, the water dispenser was open for free use, which was great. On all other evenings, the dispenser was inaccessible, and it felt like a marketing tactic to force families to order drinks from the bar.

While it is completely fair to charge for soft drinks or alcohol, not providing basic tap water for children during dinner is poor service. Water is a basic necessity, especially in a hotel that targets families with young children.

Das Hotel war ok aber für 5 Sterne erwartet man sich was besseres.
Pros:

Das sie am See war.

Cons:

Es waren sehr viele Mücken und der Kinderspielplatz war voll mit Nester von den Mücken. Also konnte man der Outdoor Spielplatz kaum benutzen.

Az ételek kitűnőek. Balaland részén szeptemberben mar nem a legjobb a tisztasag. NINCS KONDITEREM!
Pros:

Szép volt és kényelmes. Az ételek nagyon finomak voltak!

Cons:

Mivel szeptember elso heteben voltunk,igy nem igazan volt szemelyzet es a tisztasaggal is gond volt. A balaland-nel mindenutt pokhalo, madar urulek… a vizimento es az animator nem igazan volt motivalt.

Szappan es tusfurdo helyére víz volt betöltve, szóltam a recepción,mégsem cserélték.

A konditerem az 2 futopad, 1 elipszis trener es 8 db egykezes kissulyzo volt. A szallasnal az van feltuntetve,hogy van konditerem, de ez nem igazan az….
