Pros:

Ali the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. He's available anytime we need during our stay, even when we had to leave for the airport at 4 AM. The hotel is located very close to the market and restaurants. It took only 8 minutes walk to the nearest metro and bus stop. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in this hotel when they're visiting Istanbul. :)
