Conveniently located at an affordable price.
Pros:

The hotel staff were very professional and courteous. The location was close to many popular restaurants and shopping malls. The complimentary was great with good sized portions. If you go to The Cafe on the second floor, be sure to order the mango yogurt shake, it’s out of this world tasty! 😋

Cons:

There were no windows in our room, which surprised me, fortunately there were windows in the hallway. They also need to provide an electric kettle for boiling water. They also charged us for two hand towels for stains they said couldn’t be removed. I can’t recall ever having to pay for two hand towels at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. ☹️

Satisfied with everything.
Pros:

The Benrose Hotel has a great location close to many popular restaurants and shopping malls. The rooms are clean and the staff and management are very friendly and professional. The complimentary breakfast tastes great. The room rates are very affordable and I’m impressed with the value you get for the included amenities.

Cons:

The complimentary breakfast could use more variety and the WIFI connection for the smart TV is intermittent at times.
