I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked and paid for an accommodation 3 persons,but they provided a very small room which was completely unsuitable for three people. Despite charging the full amount, the service and room arrgements were externally poor. This is the one of the worst hotel experience i have had.

Cons:

The room allotted for 3 pax barely suitable for even 2 persons. On booking while contacted they specifically confirmed over phone they will allott a proper room suitable for 3. When we reached there they acted ignorant. They published bfeakfast till 10.30 am and when we reached there 10 am we could not find any staff. Someone reached after we called and he was nit happy we reached 10. I would call this an average lodge not an hotel. By the way its a furnished apartment not a hotel by any means
