Beautiful views, and a perfect location.
Pros:

The location of this hotel from the central plaza was perfect. Just a short walk maybe 5 minutes from all the hustle and bustle of the plaza. Also, one of the cleanest and most modern hotels in the city. The parking area is perfect as well. Also has a beautiful view of the basilica from the room we had on the 4th floor.

Cons:

I think the place is almost perfect. If I'm nitpicking, a bar that is open late inside the hotel and a swimming pool would be the only big improvements I could see. Otherwise, this place is literally perfect. Oh, and the TV didn't work in our room, but we were there to visit family and explore the city, so it really didn't matter to us.

Excelente estancia. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
Pros:

Todo estuvo excelente! La cama y almohadas (Es lo que más me importa en los viajes) fueron muuy comodas. La atención de recepción, INMEJORABLE! Incluso se me quedó mi INE en el hotel y fueron tan amables de enviarmela SIN COSTO ALGUNO a donde yo les indiqué. En definitiva, cada vez que vaya a San Juan de los Lagos, me quedo aqui.

Cons:

Me gustaría que nuevamente tenga alberca.

スタッフの柔軟な対応。エアコン故障、ファン故障の部屋が暑すぎて眠れないと相談した際に、嫁と子供のために他の部屋を手配し、かつ、扇風機を貸し出してくれた。

Cons:

エアコン故障、ファン故障の部屋を安く貸し出しているがBOOKING.COMで予約した際にその案内がなかった。ドライヤーがなかった
