Da calma e limpeza em todo hotel

Cons:

Da abordagem do funcionário que estava no atendimento á noite. Expressou sempre desagrado pelo o nosso grupo. Motociclistas. Até dois casais de hóspedes brincaram conosco. Algo que desagradou o funcionário. Sempre com cara de poucos amigos. Enfim. Por vezes há que mudar a atitude. Comportamento gera comportamento. Espero voltar em breve.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious.

Pros:

O pequeno almoço era diverso e saboroso. A cama era confortável e o quarto limpo. Simpatia na recepção e restante funcionários. Bar agradável.

Cons:

O spa precisa de manutenção, e agua da piscina interior não parecia estar aquecida o que não a tornava muito agradável.

Nice, but, don´t count much on using the swimming pool
Cons:

Although it was refurbished just a few years ago, the hotel already shows some signs of non efficient maintenance.

It is not fair that all the seats around the pool are reserved the whole day for people who cover them with towels in the early morning and then show up to use them on the afternoon - to be precise you cannot publicize an outdoor swimming pool when, in fact, most of the guest are not able to use it!

Pros:

Ótimo pequeno almoço.

Cons:

Escolha do Hotel por possuir posto de carregamento para carros elétricos. O qual não estava a funcionar, bem como o que estava nas proximidades(embora este não seja responsabilidade do hotel)
