The hotel staff are very polite and kind.

Cons:

The breakfast was not good at all, and the room I was given was supposed to be 30 square meters, but I don’t think it was more than 18–20 square meters.

Exceeded location and excellent staff
Pros:

Location is exceptionally good. Staff very responsive. Yakup was very helpful. One day Air-conditioning was not working in the room. Staff was very responsive and they changed the room.

Cons:

Mainataince of the AC could be better in a hot summer day.

Comfortable and well serviced!
Pros:

The booking did not include the breakfast however I was offered complimentary breakfast and drinks through out my stay. The staff is very attentive and helpful! Superb location with great amenities. Will definitely come back.
