Crosscheck with the hotel directly if the pool is finished.

Nice, quiet and clean. Staff friendly but not flexibel on complaints

Cons:

We booked the hotel because of the nice pool and surrounded area. Especially our son selected it. We came in and the pool was empty and tiles removed and it was under maintenance. Simply not usable. This was not mentioned in the booking.com page. We mentioned it at the front desk and expected at least a discount. What we got was „sorry“.

This Hotel is THE best kept secret in the city and is comparable to Hiltons.
Pros:

The pictures online are great. The property is more beautiful in person. We did not eat the breakfast. We did enjoy the restaurant which has great tasting food. We flew to San Luis Potosí then took a car to the hotel. We could walk to our family’s house. That’s was perfect. We easily found taxis to and from the city.

Cons:

I still loved the pool room. However, the pool water was cloudy which didn’t allow it to look perfect. We saw a man testing the water and that says the hotel was aware. What would make the rooms better is a microwave and a small refrigerator. We had the family suite with 2 bedroom’s and 3 full bathrooms.

Very Beautiful Hotel, needs to work on complimentary items to compensate for the location.
Pros:

Employees were extremely nice. Very clean & comfortable. Beautiful Landscaping and Hotel property.

Cons:

being charged for things that are normally complimentary. Slippery floors when wet or moist. No signage to Hotel entrance. Being charged for normally complimentary things like coffee and breakfast. Complimentary Coffee maker not made available to room on a daily basis.
