Сложный вопрос. Просто что этот отель есть. На картинках конечно красиво было

Cons:

Грязно, персонал, наверное как и везде, неприветливый. Номера малюсенькие. Кровати неудобные. Душ сломан, вода холодная была, пока не пожаловались)
Завтрак отдельная тема. Есть нечего. Все жирное или соленое. Работает 2 человека. Я не понимаю за что тут 4 звезды. Сервис! Этого здесь нет. Но были лояльны, спасибо, что заселили пораньше)

החדרים כן היו מרווחים וגדולים ומיקום מעולה

אין בכלל ארוחת בוקר 4 ימים היינו וכל יום עלינו לבדוק ארוחת בוקר לאכול בסביבות 09:30 (הארוחת בוקר עד 11) ולא היה כלום מלא אנשים ואין שולחנות עד שמצאנו שולחן ניקינו אותו בעצמנו ולא היה כלום לאכול חוץ מ מלפפון וגבינה כולם מחכים לאוכל בחדר אוכל ואין אף אחד לא מסודר. החדרים מלוכלכים ברמה מטונפת יש עובש במקלחת , השמיכות מלוכלכות , והשמפו מרכך אין בהם בכלל! צריך לשים לב להתנהלות שם חוץ מזה שהווי פיי לא עובד למרות שעובד הקבלה אמר לנו שיש ניסינו ממספר טלפונים כמה פעמים לא עבד פנינו לעזרה וגם לא עבד. המיקום מעולה אבל חייב שיפור בכל השאר

Персонал хороший, вежливый, внимательный

Cons:

Угловой номер окна во двор смотрят в окна соседнего здания на котором установлены газовые котлы и весь угарный газ идет в номер. Невозможно открывать окна

The staff is great and very helpful. The location is ok.

But the hotel needs a remodeling. Showers are very old and leaking, the beds are very uncomfortable and old. No nice views either.
