Pros:

Ubicación buenisima. Atención del personal muy atentos. El lugar hermoso. Y el desayuno riquisimo. Super recomendable. Fuimos en grupo de 6. Con dos habitaciones y disfrutamos de reunirnos en el patio o en los desayunos

Positivo: Desayuno basico, no continental pero bastante abundante, en el horario de 7 a 10 (si salis antes para alguna excursion quizá no da el tiempo para desayunar)
Una Pena la Piscina no la pudimos utilizar, aunque habia sido una de las razones por las cuales elegiamos este hotel al llegar nos encontramos con la misma en mantenimiento, inhabilitada para su uso, lo que hizo un poco triste el ingreso al hotel. Pero luego lo remediaron al dejarnos un Late check out sin costo y descansar hasta que saliera nuestro vuelo de regreso , a modo recompensacion. No fue tan malo al final visto desde algun punto.
El resto, y sobre todo la atencion del personal: con mucha cordialidad, disponibilidad, asesoramiento e indicaciones de 10.

Cons:

Negativo eso: el Tema Piscina, me hubiera gustado que nos informen para saber si seguiamos eligiendo el hotel a sabiendas de que no ibamos a poder disfrutar de la piscina que estaba claramente incluida en el importe, al momento que me solicitaron el pago de la reserva 1 semana antes de nuestra llegada (siendo que la habitacion fue reservada con mucho tiempo 1 mes antes, creemos que podrian habernos comentado)

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien cuidado. El desayuno riquísimo y super variado. Todo el personal super amable y dispuesto a ayudar y resolver inquietudes. La ubicación excelente, nos ayudó con la movilidad en transporte público. Sin dudas recomendamos este alojamiento.

スタッフが優しく感じがよかった。午後にカクテルのサービスがあるのもうれしかった。イグアスの滝に行くバスターミナルも近く、またバスターミナルのある大通りにはレストランが並んでいるし、他にもお土産物店、両替商、ランドリーサービスの店など至近距離にありロケーションはとてもよかった。

Cons:

エアコンの効きが悪く、暑くて眠れなかった。1階の部屋では窓が通路に面していてカーテンを閉めたままになり、部屋は薄暗い印象。しかし、価格相応とも言える。

Lovely hotel for our family. Thank you!
Pros:

We ended up staying here after leaving our original booking. It was a breath of fresh air. We were so grateful for the kind staff, beautiful room, hot shower and big towels. The grounds were beautiful and everything was well maintained and cared for. The pool was being painted as it was very cold this week but it would be wonderful if the weather allowed for it!

Cons:

Everything was perfect. Location is excellent, especially if you want to enjoy the town in the evening. We were there for 5 days and would have appreciated a little more breakfast variety.

Pros:

La hospitalidad del equipo de trabajo es increíble. Pasamos unos días maravillosos en el Hotel.
Fuimos muy bien recibidos, y siempre estuvieron pendientes de ayudarnos.
Excelentes habitaciones, y muy buen desayuno.
Muy cerca de la terminal para poder realizar la visita al parque de las cataratas de Iguazú.

Hermoso hotel en el centro de Iguazú
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, el área de la pileta está muy bien ambientado

Cons:

En la descripción de booking decía que contaba con servicio de masajes y con hidro masajes pregunté y no es así. Deberían corregir la publicación.
El resto todo muy bien, personal muy amable.

Great location to visit both sides of the falls, and to get dinner in the evenings.
Pros:

Lovely breakfast, good location between the Argentinian and Brazilian falls. Also only a few blocks to all the restaurants on Brazil street in the evening.

Pool was very cold.
