Pros:

L'emplacement proche de la gare, facile d'accès pour les cascades et l'aeroport. Restaurants excellents a 2 pas.
La piscine et le verre de citronnade.

Cons:

Petit manque de réactivité pour reserver le taxi entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel. Nous avons du prendre le bus car réponse trop tardive.
Logement un peu humide.
C est un détail, mais on aurait préféré des gel douche liquide plutot que du savon dur.

Great location and very clean, but ruined by inconsistent staff attitude and poor room comfort.
Pros:

I really liked the great location, the high standard of cleanliness, and the very friendly lady who welcomed me at check-in. The hotel manager was also very helpful with my airport transfer.

Cons:

The female receptionist at night was very impolite and aggressive. Also, the rooms face the courtyard pool and have no outside windows, which makes them quite dark and noisy. Basic amenities like a kettle, water, and slippers were missing from the room. Furthermore, when it was time to collect my stored luggage for the transfer, the same receptionist just called me over to pick them up myself instead of assisting.

Volvería! Muy buen relación calidad precio!
Pros:

El hotel está súper bien ubicado, la atención del personal fue muy buena. Adicionalmente, tienen caipiriñas gratis de 4 a 6pm todos los días.

Cons:

Siento que el desayuno puede mejorar, realmente tiene muchas opciones dulces, pero no muchas saladas. Sería bueno incluir más proteína o quizás huevos para que el desayuno sea mas completo.
