Pros:

It was super comfy and staff were very helpful, looking after our bags while we travelled into the alps, really efficient.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a relaxed lounge and bar to simply read and relax. It has a dinning room and serves breakfast and food in the evening, although this is not open other than at set times. There are dispensing machines for coffee and hot chocolate and on top floor the is a vending machine for beer.

Pros:

The breakfast was good, and the hot spring bath and toiletries were excellent.

Cons:

the bed was too small, and the pillows were too hard. Also, the double room came with only one duvet by default, which was inconvenient for two people.

Pros:

It was close to the station, the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and moved our luggage to our room.

Cons:

It was a bit of a walk to the town and the room was quite small but then we knew it would be as we had checked our room sizes on line.

Hot baths were nice

Cons:

Room felt very boxy, common to have small rooms but this one was badly laid out for the size. Pillows weren't nice, felt like you were in a store cupboard. Location quite near the train station but I personally didn't like this area of the town

Pros:

Location was close to JR Matsumoto. Free ramen everyday and the hotel breakfast was excellent with a huge spread!

Cons:

Pillows were very thin and bad. Gave me a neck ache.

Great hotel except the hard bed
Pros:

The hotel was very clean throughout, very good breakfast, plenty of amenities and staff were very helpful. Having a hot spring bath in the town was a delightful experience.

Cons:

The bed was extremely hard, and the only one pillow was provided. We simply accepted that this was a Japanese tradition. The room was quite small and felt cramped. We won’t return here despite all the wonderful things because of the bad sleeping conditions.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja przy dworcu kolejowym i autobusowym. Hotel wyłożony matami tatami, przez co przyjemnie się chodzi.

Cons:

Śniadanie głównie japońskie, w pozostałych hotelach w jakich byliśmy w Japonii było bardziej urozmaicone. Również w przeciwieństwie do innych hoteli nie było możliwości skorzystania z prywatnego onsenu. Brak widoku z okna.
