Great find, clean stay. Highly recommended.

足の小指に怪我をしましたら、優しく声をかけて下さいさいました、スリッパや、BANDエイドをくださり、大変有難いです、朝食のバイキングは日本蕎麦が美味しいです、泊まる時楽しみです、お風呂の後のアイスクリームが小さくてちょうどよい大きさに冷たく喉ごしさっぱりでした、小指の切傷がベッド🛌のシーツを汚しました、笑顔で優しく応対して下さいました、ありがとう🙏ございます

Pros:

Japanese breakfast was good.
We love the Onsen in the hotel.
Room was great and clean except the bad smell at the wash basin.

Cons:

There was a bad smell at the wash basin. We could not figure out where exactly the smell came from.
Please fix this issue.
Parking should be made free of charge for the guests,

Wished we could have stayed longer!
Pros:

We loved the onsen and the breakfast buffet, but the room was nice too. We only stayed one night and definitely regretted that we didn't have a few more nights to enjoy the facilities and amenities.

Cons:

The walk from the train was just a little longer than we expected, but it was overall very close to everything.

별 기대없이 갔다가 굉장히 만족했던 숙소
Pros:

온천 너무 좋았음 (온천후 무료로 제공되는 아이스크림과 소바는 덤)
24시간 무료 음료 제공 너무 좋았음 (커피, 차, 탄산음료 등)
역이랑 가까워서 마쯔모토를 거점으로 가미코지나 다른 곳으로 이동할 계획이라면 너무 좋음
조식 퀄리티가 너무 좋았음

Cons:

온천이 있다보니 수건을 자주 쓰게 되는데 방에 1세트밖에 비치되어있지 않아 1층에 계속 찾으러 가야 하는 점이 불편했음

Great Hotel
Pros:

Great service. Onsen is good and breakfast is delicious. Free drinks and ice cream after bath. Location is good, near train and bus station. Room are big enough than most hotel.

Cons:

Only 2 elevators for 10 floors, so take the stairs if you can

Best hotel in Matsumoto!
Pros:

Lovely aesthetic with tatami-style flooring in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Great selection of welcome drinks in the foyer. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Onsen was great, beautiful baths and changing area. They offered stickers to cover tattoos. Parking was simple and they had an overflow parking area behind the hotel.
