Nonrefundable bookings will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged at midnight before your day of arrival. The credit card used to make the booking will be charged with the total amount of the reservation through an automatic payment.
4. When booking more than 9 rooms or more than 18 people, or more than 5 rooms for stays exceeding 7 nights, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The hotel will contact you directly to communicate the applicable policies.
5. Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
6. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.
7. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability.
8. Smoking inside the hotel is prohibited and only allowed in designated outdoor spaces.

Meget bra hotelrom, men litt små rom for 2 personer over flere dager, likte spesielt AC på rommene godt samt takterasse og terasse i 3 etg. Spesielt fornøyd med treningsrommene, samt beliggenhet (lite støy)
Hotellet bærer preg av mange unge mennesker, delvis i grupper, som jobber eller kombinerer jobb med ferie, ikke vet jeg. Disse oppleves som arrogant og lite hyggelige og okkuperer terassene på ettermiddag og kveld. dette gjør terasser utilgjengelig for turister som oss.
Det samme gjelder treningsfasiliteter i perioder på dagen (masse støy å ståk for litt trening av noen damer??)
virket også som personalet ga disse prioritet fremfor oss.
Vi møtte noen amerikanske ungdommer som var hyggelig og imøtekommende. Utrolig forskjell på USA og Europa på dette området?
The room was clean and the rooftop bar had a lovely view.
The staff. There were a few staff that were quite rude. We felt as if we were a burden to them when requesting some info with how they responded. There were also several charges taken from my card that I did not consent to. The icing on the cake is that it’s been over 1x week and I still haven’t received my deposit back.
Unclear instructions regarding everything.
The rooftop was amazing. Great vibes & energy. The gym was very modern and spacious
Cleanliness is a big factor for myself & mum when we travel & unfortunately the housekeeping of our room & surrounding areas like the corridor were below average. There were consecutive days when dirty cups and wrappers from complimentary chocolates were not cleaned away, nor was the bin emptied. Our shower overflowed into the room as the drain was dirty and needed cleaned out. There was no acknowledgement of these issues on check out & with a poor offering of a soft drink token each we were pretty disappointed. We won’t be staying here again.

J'ai payé pour 72 euros pour rentrer ma voiture dans le parking sous-terrain et 2 jours sur 3 il a fallut que je me gare "n'importe comment" car je n'avais pas de place
The amenities were amazing from the gym, to either of the pools and the roof top view and restaurant was amazing. In addition the staff were so friendly and helpful!

El desayuno y la atención de todo el personal ha sido excelente en todo momento.
El viernes no pude disfrutar de la piscina del 3er piso porque había un evento privado por la tarde.
The hotel was conveniently located for the metro, close to a small supermarket which was handy. The beds were comfortable.
We could not get the safe to work, and on the first day the drain was blocked in the shower such that the shower and bathroom got very wet and we had to call someone to fix it. Whilst it was promptly addressed it was very inconvenient when we were in a rush to get ready to go somewhere.
