1. We will ask you to show us your credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card should match the name on your identification document (ID or passport) presented upon check-in. Both the credit card and the identification document must be presented physically (i.e., no pictures or copies allowed).

3. Prepayment policies may differ according to the selected preferences. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the policy of your preferred room and payment conditions. Nonrefundable bookings will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged at midnight before your day of arrival. The credit card used to make the booking will be charged with the total amount of the reservation through an automatic payment.
4. When booking more than 9 rooms or more than 18 people, or more than 5 rooms for stays exceeding 7 nights, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The hotel will contact you directly to communicate the applicable policies.
5. Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
6. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.
7. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability.
8. Smoking inside the hotel is prohibited and only allowed in designated outdoor spaces.

Очень понравился бар на 15 этаже 🙂 жаль что не смогли покупаться в бассейнах так как было ещё холодно в первые дни мая.

Наверное, впервые в жизни я столкнулась с настолько непрофессиональным персоналом.
У меня был долгий перелёт из Канады, и по приезду в отель около 9:00 утра я попросила возможность раннего чек-ина за дополнительную оплату. Мне ответили, что все номера заняты. Я понимаю, что сейчас сезон в Барселоне, поэтому спокойно приняла ситуацию и решила дождаться официального времени заселения — 15:00.
Персонал прекрасно видел меня с самого утра и знал, что я нахожусь в отеле с 9:00 часов после долгой дороги. Без десяти три я уже сидела возле стойки регистрации в ожидании своего чек-ина. В 15:05 я подошла к рецепции, когда очереди ещё не было, но мне сказали, что мой номер всё ещё не готов. Я спокойно ответила «Хорошо» и продолжила ждать.
После этого начали подходить другие гости, сформировалась очередь. Я также встала рядом, рассчитывая, что сотрудники помнят меня, ведь я была одной из первых гостей в этот день и уже обращалась к ним в 15:05. Однако меня демонстративно не обслуживали — сначала приняли одну женщину, затем другую. Когда я уже начала уточнять по поводу своего номера, мне сказали: «Займите очередь».
То есть сотрудники прекрасно знали, что я приехала в 9:00 утра, видели, что я подошла на чек-ин сразу после 15:00, но при этом относились ко мне так, будто я только что пришла. Общение было крайне неприятным и совершенно не клиентоориентированным.
Самое неприятное началось после заселения. Номер, который так долго «готовили», оказался грязным. Я прикреплю фотографии — при необходимости могу также предоставить время их создания. Как только я зашла в номер, туалет был грязный, на кровати были чужие волосы. После долгой дороги мне пришлось самостоятельно дезинфицировать унитаз, вытирать чужую мочу и убирать чужие кудрявые волосы с постели. Это абсолютно недопустимо для отеля такого уровня.
Также крайне неприятная ситуация произошла при выезде. Я оставила чемодан в специальной комнате хранения багажа. Когда пришла его забирать, мне сначала выдали чужой чемодан.
Absolutely loved my stay at The Social Hub Barcelona. The hotel is incredibly spacious with beautifully designed common areas and such a creative, vibrant energy throughout. Two large pools, great food, lovely staff, and the rooms are modern, spacious, and impeccably clean.
Definitely make time for an apero at the rooftop restaurant SISI at sunset and a live DJ set 🍸

Very new and so the is very modern and well kept. The beds were comfy, the shower room was great. In general everything felt very high quality. The pool terraces were lovely, comfy sunbeds
The location is a little out of the city, so you need to get a cab or public transport anywhere. The pools are very small so are really just for cooling off
