Important information:

1. We will ask you to show us your credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card should match the name on your identification document (ID or passport) presented upon check-in. Nonrefundable bookings will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged at midnight before your day of arrival. 4. When booking more than 9 rooms or more than 18 people, or more than 5 rooms for stays exceeding 7 nights, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The hotel will contact you directly to communicate the applicable policies.
5. Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
6. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.
7. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability.
8. Smoking inside the hotel is prohibited and only allowed in designated outdoor spaces.

Für vier Sterne hätte ich eindeutig mehr erwartet.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet.
Die Lage ist gut (ruhig aber alles ist gut erreichbar mit der Metro).

Cons:

Wir wurden leider sehr kalt und genervt empfangen als wir unser check-in gemacht haben.
Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war auf einem mittelmässigen Niveau. Es wirkte so als würde immer nur gerade das Nötigste gemacht werden beim Roomservice. Das Badezimmer war an einigen Stellen schon etwas abgenutzt und auch nicht sehr sauber.
Ich fand es befremdlich, dass ich als Hotelgast konkret eine Reservierung für die Rooftop-Bar benötige, da auch viele Gäste von ausserhalb kamen.

Volveré encantadisimo!!
Pros:

La habitación fantástica, las instalaciones en general increíbles, la piscina, la recepción, los ascensores. Volvería muchas veces!!!

Cons:

Que la chica de la limpieza mientras esta limpiando las habitaciones de al lado, habla por los pasillos super alto, aunque sea maja jajaja pero podría ser algo mas discreta si hay gente durmiendo aún. Pero no es un gran problema en absoluto.

Pros:

Fantastic stay! The staff were amazing and were super helpful the whole trip. They helped organise our 4am taxi which made our next morning seamless, and even upgraded our room for free for our honeymoon! Great facilities with great staff :)

Cons:

Bit far away from city centre, but easily walkable!

Pros:

Cool concept for a hotel, especially for students or travelers staying an extended time. Very clean and excellent amenities such as free laundry.

Cons:

The pool isn’t super relaxing. It is small and a weird layout. The rooftop bar needs reservations. They still try to accommodate you but might make you leave or move while you are there.

Overall good but the shower drain :/
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and A/C functional.

Cons:

Shower drain was partially clogged and water would take some time to drain off. I had informed the staff twice but the issue remained.
