For one night location was great, staff were nice and helpful. Menu options and galley options poor.

Very bread heavy bar menu. Focaccia or
Pizza…not much choice

Awful coffee option, hot water tap wasn’t hot,

Would stay again but only for a very low rate due to lack of everything.
Pros:

Great location! Love the area. Hotel is modern and clean. Free coffee and tea stations are nice.

Cons:

Staff was basic and unpleasant. Nobody went the extra mile. Housekeeping not available all day long. Threat count low of bed sheets. No iron in room. No value for money.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage und sehr gutes Frühstück.
Freundliches Personal. Raum sauber und konfortables Bett. Kein Lärm.

Cons:

Badezimmer war nur mit einer Gardine getrennt. Toilettentür hat geklemmt und konnte nicht richtig geschlossen werden.

Un choix confort, lumineux et si efficace !
Pros:

Super localisation, tout y est efficace aussi bien le check in que la configuration de la chambre ou le bar à cafe et the à l’etage.
Les chambres sont tres lumineuses et agreables.
Les prestations sont de bonne qualité.

Cons:

Rien, tout était comme il attendu.

Me gusta la ubicacion, el personal es realmente agradable, mi unica queja, es que van 3 veces que voy y 2 de ellas uno de los elevadores siempre ha estrado descompuesto.

Cons:

QUe paraece recurrente que un elevador se descompone, es moletos si estas en el cuarto piso, ya que subir escaleros puede ser cansado. Seria un plus si tuviera gimnasio.

Super great value!
Pros:

This is a great value hotel. Really close to Notting Hill station where the central, district and circle lines operate. The rooms are spacious (I stayed at the category that had windows can’t remember the exact name) and well decorated. The staff is also super kind and attentive.

Cons:

It appears that one of the three elevators has been broken for a while which kind of slowed everything down a little bit. Also the breakfast is great but there could be more variety.

Pros:

As I was visiting a relative in St Charles Hospital it was the nearest location that I could get.

Cons:

I had to continually ask for a receipt for my payment for my accommodation which was taken out of my account two days before I arrived to the Hotel. As I now look your survey has come whilst I still wait for my receipt which was suppose to arrive at 12 noon Today. One hour after I checked out of the hotel.
Could you kindly forward on my official receipt showing vat content etc soonest.

Location of the hotel is great with very good connections to different parts of the city. Nice modern room. Our room was facing the back looking to a nice small street on Noting Hill.
