Hep talep etmemiz gerekti.
Great location, comfy room
We’re upgraded to a cosy room when checking in. Very quirky hotel
Clean, great access to public transportation, Marshall speaker
Location, facilities, staff.
Great location, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed, friendly staff
Nothing
La zona , el cuarto, la limpieza
Tenía habitación adaptada y el baño se mojaba mucho
Stayed here a couple of times & it’s really convenient for Notting Hill. Easy check in /out , modern , bright , clean well considered rooms. Tea making facilities are also constantly stocked & on tap at corridor stations.
Just need to add earl grey tea to the otherwise good tea selection.
The Ruby Zoe is a bit of a gem in Notting Hill. It's in a great location, no question. Loved the fun-and-funky feel in the ground floor bar, cafe and lounge areas and the super-friendly staff. However the vibe in the bedrooms is totally different, with everything – floor, walls, cupboards etc all painted in a clinic white. Felt like we were walking into a hospital operating suite. Not so inviting! But would probably stay again.
Clean - good location
Very small rooms
Clean, modern, good location. 10 Mon bus ride to Oxford Street etc. Close to the wonderful Holland Park gardens.
Not sure the tea/coffee making arrangements work that well. Wasn't sure if the room ceiling minimalist no paint look was part of the design or unfinished. Sinks usually work better in bathrooms/toilets.
Location was amazing lots to do within walking distance and metro stop less than 5 minutes walk giving easy access to central London. Notting Hill is beautiful location and hotel is ideally placed to explore surrounded by parks shops bars restaurants,. Hotel is quirky modern and spotlessly clean. Staff super friendly helpful and would highly recommend this hotel and area of London
Room is set up for overnight stay only and has everything needed for this however we needed more storage as we were staying a week and had lots of luggage. Would’ve preferred tea facilities in room these are located in corridors
When I booked the hotel online I wasn't too sure what to make of a Caribbean styled hotel in West London that was managed by IHG. It seemed there were several competing themes going on there. Being something of a traditionalist, the hotel's only two selling points was its location and that the rooms had air conditioning.
The moment I walked through the door I was greeted by the staff and, in a way that's sort of difficult to describe, was immediately made to feel at home. The staff throughout my stay were excellent. There was a problem with the TV in my room that was dealt with immediately. I turned up for breakfast half an hour before it was open and was invited to make a start on what was already laid out on the buffet nonetheless (and not only was nearly everything already laid out, but the quality of the food on offer was excellent). There seemed to be a real feeling that the staff had been empowered to make decisions, and to do so in the best interests of their guests.
I was genuinely impressed at how the staff had managed to embrace the very best of the slightly laid back, Caribbean vibe with the more professional style of hospitatlity that IHG is known for, and still remain mindful that the reason guests stay there is that they need to be in West London.
As mentioned, I am something of a traditionalist. The black walls in the room-floor corridors were a bit gloomy and whilst they did create a great contrast whe you opened the room door to a largely white decor, the black paint did make me feel like I was investigating the scene of an arson attack.
