Pros:

Ottimo hotel, zona Notting Hill fermata metro a due passi molto comoda. Hotel moderno, hall e bar molto belli. La nostra stanza non era molto grande ma silenziosa, letto comodissimo. Simpatica la cassa presente in camera.
Tė e caffè a disposizione al piano.
Colazione Top, ottimo caffè e cappuccino espressi. Per il resto prodotti di qualità e molta varietà sia per dolce che per salato.

Ottimo lo Staff giovane e gentile oltre che preparato. In particolare ringrazio Isabel e Carlos, due ragazzi dello Staff molto gentili e con cui abbiamo potuto parlare anche in Italiano.

Cons:

Bagno ok anche se la doccia a vista e il lavabo in camera possono non piacere a tutti. Non tanto spazio per riporre vestiario.

J’ai demandé une chambre au calme et me suis retrouvée avec un lavabo qui faisait des bruits de vidange qui m’ont réveillé en pleine nuit.
Odeur désagréable dans la douche
Café à dispo pas bon - le soluble offert au paravant était de meilleure qualité
Je viens plusieurs fois par an depuis plusieurs années et je trouve que les choses se dégradent petit à petit

We had to ask four times for a towel as there was one bath towel for 2 people. One staff member was kind of rude. The room is too basic.

Excellent. Highly recommend staying here.
Pros:

Location is excellent for sightseeing, with the underground just nearby. Breakfast was great, and the antipasto offered as a late snack was a lovely touch. The rooms are spacious, and there’s a good selection of teas and drinking water available close by. Customer service was excellent — we had to leave early, and the staff kindly allowed us to access the breakfast bar before opening and also gave us recommendations on the best way to get to the airport.

Cons:

If one wants an americano or espresso with breakfast, one needs to put an order as there is only filtered coffee available at the breakfast bar.
