There was no breakfast.
No cooking utensils. Had a nice fridge and stove.
Location was good and exta hot showers
First room couldn't get into even the guy that worked there couldn't get the door open then the next room wasnt swept seen dirt all in the floor and old potato chip
Room was very clean. No problems with that.
We arrived on Friday afternoon and went right out to dinner. Came back to the room late and found that there was less than 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the room. The desk attendant said that he couldn't issue supplies "after hours". ???? I went out to buy MY OWN toilet paper. We then found that the remote control for the TV did not work. I took the remote down to the attendant and he replaced it. Still did not work. He told me he would have his tech check it out in the morning. We came back to the room the next evening and still no TV; nothing had been touched - the remote was exactly where I left it.
Lastly; it's a suite?? And if you want a coffee maker, you have to rent it for an additional charge??? : (
The only think I liked was that it was convenient.
There was cat hair everywhere, up under the bed was dirty, the water was stink, and the room was stink. I felt very uncomfortable.
Location, room clean and friendly staff
Need bigger pillows, ice machine, and a breakfast bar
Location was convenient
I will be going on Google to leave a review. But for starters says no smoking, on my hallway was full of weed smoke, instant headache. Then signs posted saying smoke 25ft from entrance or building. Front desk staff walked right out the door and fired up a cigarette right at the entrance. VERY BAD BUSINESS
I like the extra security that they have and the cleanliness and friendly service of the staff
Nothing
Everything
The staff was friendly and mostly met our expectations.
The facility seemed to be a place for pot heads to hang out. The grounds were littered with trash and no one seemed to know how to be a good pet parent. We were traveling with our dog and ALWAYS picked up her pooped. Come on - pick up after your pets. If you can’t enforce the rule then have someone on staff patrol the areas and do it. Staff and tenants hung out by the entrance/exit doors smoking. This meant that non-smokers, US, had to walk through cigarette and pot smoke to enter or exit the building. The first night we were in the wrong room so the next morning we were moved. Two days later we were moved again because apparently that room had no hot water and was supposed to be placed on a "do not use list.” Our third room was okay but on the fourth floor when we had requested a ground level floor weeks prior to our stay. It could be a great place to stay if these few things were addressed.
Spacious room. The full-size fridge and freezer were really convenient. I like that there were no carpets in the room. And really appreciated that they are dog friendly and offer a super affordable pet fee ($10 a night).
I didn’t like the front desk hours. No one is available to help until 10 am on weekends. I had somewhere to be on Saturday at 9 am but was late because there wasn’t an iron in the room and I had to wait for the front desk to open at 10 to get an iron . So just bring your own iron. There’s also no kitchen supplies so if you plan to use the kitchen bring everything you need for it.
While the room was mostly clean, there were visible dust bunnies in the sheets. I had to dust the bed off before we could sleep in it. And the pillows are really flat, had to fold them to have cushion.
