The Sun and Moon is a beautiful property, breakfast options were plentiful, the gym, rejuvenate pools and infinity pool were awesome.
One of the staff members Thearith went above and beyond, he was extremely helpful, explained all the property features including happy hour and food options, he did this with such joy that you could see he loved doing what he does.
He was always smiling and greeted all guests with a welcoming smile, he is an asset to this property.

Our stay at the Sun & Moon was quite pleasant. Very welcoming and serene. The food was amazing and loved the hot noodle station. Dragon fruit was phenomenal, bread selection and all the sweet customer service. Each person had a smile and was so accommodating. Phanita welcomed us and was incredibly sweet during our whole stay. I enjoyed a massage that was a little higher priced than others but the foot bath prior to my massage and the whole experience was quite relaxing. It was exactly what I needed after long travels from the U.S. I’m so glad Sun & Moon was my first stay in Cambodia and I would love to come back again. Blessings to all the staff and team who were incredibly kind and welcoming!

A special thanks to Ms. Sarah Ma for her warm hospitality, and to Mailin, Theara, and Touch for their exceptional service and professionalism. Their care and attention made my visit truly memorable. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable everything was completely stunning. The staff are always willing to help. Shout out to Nita for her exceptional service and warm hospitality which really impressed me. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.
I was initially concerned because the room smelled of stale cigarettes but after mentioning this to the concierge I was rapidly moved to another room. Both rooms were clean with good air conditioning and the second room had a wonderful view of the river and some splendi wood artwork on the wall. The hotel is a favoured location for weddings and I chatted with the sister of a groom on her way to one of the receptions. The buffet breakfast had an amazing choice and the omelettes were delicious.

2 stars hotel, I have used the services of this hotel many times before, and I even left a 5-star review in the past because my previous experiences were good. Unfortunately, my recent visit was extremely disappointing and showed a serious lack of professionalism in customer service.
The hotel clearly offers laundry service for both in-house guests and outside customers, and I personally have used this service here multiple times before without any issue. This time, I brought my laundry to the Front Office, and the staff accepted it normally. However, after making me wait nearly 30 minutes for the receipt, they suddenly informed me that the hotel had “never had laundry service before.”
This response was completely unacceptable and very frustrating. It shows poor communication between staff and a lack of proper training and service standards. As a returning customer who has supported this hotel many times, I felt embarrassed, disappointed, and that my time was completely wasted.
Customer service should be consistent, professional, and respectful especially toward loyal returning guests. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff communication and service quality to avoid the same experience happening to other customers in the future. I will not comeback here anymore bye Sun & Moon
Bunny is the absolute best and his team are so sweet and charismatic I am literally coming back next year just to visit them …this hotel was so affordable with rich taste everything was clean here rooms smelled nice
