Peaceful location on edge of Thamel, rooms with view of Swambhunath, lovely staff
Pros:

Staff were lovely and Dolakh, the manager (owner?), was very helpful and fair with his prices (e.g., tours, hiring a driver, etc). His driver is also excellent – experienced and drives with much care.

Location was peaceful and our room had a very green view, overlooking Swambhunath, which was the highlight. A very short walk to the epicentre of Thamel, but without the noise and chaos.

The breakfast was simple but fine for the price. We couldn't try the spa because it was closed during low season.

Cons:

Nothing negative to say. The only thing I'd mention is that it was great value for the price, but I got a huge discount due to low season. Had I been paying the listed price, I would have expected something more luxurious, more elaborate breakfast, etc. So, my rating is relative to the price I paid.

Highly recommended
Pros:

The locations of hotel is in the city area. Room is nice and super clean. The price is reasonable. Driver pick up from the airport to hotel l and the car has enough space for luggage and the car is super clean. Driver and hotel staff are polite and helping with luggage. The food is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Operations Manager needs to go
Cons:

Below average breakfast, quite silly options and felt they were skimping on costs overall. The operations manger in particular felt racist and judgemental, no warm hospitality and weird looks everytime we pass by the lobby. Overall id stay here only if proximity to thamel mattered but still in a quiet location. Hotel amenities are basic to poorly managed. Room with balcony was fairly clean but basic at most.

Cons:

Avoir une chambre avec vue sur un mur et au-dessus de la ventilation de la cuisine.

Encore une magnifique expérience
Pros:

Cet hôtel est mon camp de base quand je suis sur Kathmandu plusieurs fois par mois. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent, douche vraiment chaude avec une vraie pression, lit très confortable et surtout, c'est calme ! Le petit déjeuner le matin est varié et délicieux. Le staff est toujours au petit soin et proactif. C'est toujours un excellent séjour avec eux ! Je recommande !

Comfortable Retreat
Pros:

Very clean, quiet n peaceful, yet close to shopping and town. The terrace is superb, so is the the gym facilities. Staff is super helpful. Safe, yummy food too. The manager went out of his way to ensure my comfort; also gave me a free upgrade. Big Thanks to Mr Golak for his blessings so I successfully completed my high altitude treks too. Everest Boutique is highly recommendedfor any visit to Kathmandu.

Cons:

Power outage on a couple of occasions. Was back in few minutes, and I guess that's not entirely within the control of hotel staff. It does not take away any of the privileges of my peaceful, comfortable stay.

A charming and peaceful hotel with lovely staff, beautiful views and a great location
Pros:

The hotel arranged an airport pickup for me, and even though my flight arrived much later than expected, the driver was still waiting for me, which I really appreciated after a long trip. The location is excellent- very close to the tourist center, but on a quiet and peaceful street. I had a cozy room with a balcony and an amazing view. The staff were incredibly kind and always helpful. Breakfasts were quite simple, but different every day, and there were always fresh fruits. I really enjoyed my stay here.
