Pros:

район безопасный, вокруг много кафе где едят местные, рядом порт.
на ресепшн нам помогли решить вопросы со следующим бронированием, большое спасибо!

Cons:

Шум с улицы всю ночь
Не фиксировались окна на проветривание
Твёрдые подушки
Номер маловат для троих + окна выходят на улицу, есть ощущение что живёшь по среди улицы
Одна розетка не работает

Pros:

Очень милый и всегда готовый помочь персонал. Очень чисто. Очень хорошее местоположение: рядом магазинчики, Россман (косметика, бытовые товары и т.д.), а чуть дальше большой супермаркет "Мигрос".

Cons:

По утрам и вечерам было шумно, но для такой локации это нормально.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and cleaned daily. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect and very convenient. We truly felt welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our holiday so special!

Мы с мужем безумно рады, что остановились именно в этом отеле: все было очень уютно и по-доброму
Pros:

1. Расположение достаточно удобное, рядом было много портов, с которых можно было отправиться на морские прогулки или на соседние острова. Также на улице, где расположен отель, есть большое количество продуктовых магазинов и ресторанов, поэтому голодным остаться невозможно. По близости есть торговые центры со многими магазинами, что тоже плюс.
2. Очень заботливый и вежливый персонал. Администраторы всегда оперативно приходили нам на помощь и решали все необходимые вопросы, отдельная большая благодарность за это!
3. В номере было очень чисто, а в душевой все средства для принятия душа пахли невероятно вкусно, после душа было ощущение, что посетил хамам.
4. Как в отеле, так и номере, было очень уютно!

Cons:

Единственное, что доставило нам с мужем дискомфорт - отсутствие звукоизоляции.
Было слышно все что происходит на улице и в отеле (хотя номер был на втором этаже, все равно было слышно все что происходило на ресепшен). По утрам было громко, в номерах убирались, пылесосили, это все было шумно и очень слышно, а также доносилось много звуков с улицы.

Pros:

Отличное расположение. Рядом рестораны и магазины. Номер чистый, есть все необходимое. Персонал всегда на связи. Парковка платная, 800 лир сутки, в 200 метрах от отеля.

Персонал малейшие люди. Всегда было мне удивительно почему в Стамбуле так плохо относятся к чистоте в номерах обычно. Так вот в этом отеле в этом плане полный порядок. Часто летаю через Стамбул. Останавливаюсь перевести дух на пару дней. Никак не мог найти отель для души в этом районе. Так вот кажется нашел. Спасибо!

Cons:

Номер требовал немного мелкого ремонта. Мелочь конечно. Но если доделать мелочи будет идеально.
