Fantastic location, great facilities, you will want to stay longer!
Pros:

The hotel had so many nice facilities that I wished I had stayed longer so I could try them all! I really enjoyed the baked products from the little cafe downstairs and it was also close to lots of other restaurants and shops. It was easy to get from the nearby subway to the hotel because it was close to the subway lift.

Cons:

Check in is all done with a touch-screen machine. The person who sat at the desk barely greeted me and I would have liked a bit more of a friendlier approach. I think it would have made a better first impression.

地下鉄9号線のソニュウドからすぐのホテルでした。
静かな場所でゆっくりできました。

駅からのアクセスは良いですが快適さは低いです
Pros:

駅からのアクセスは良く周りの環境も快適に過ごすことができました

Cons:

部屋の空調が暖房しか設定できず、フロントに連絡したところ冷房はついていないため窓を開けるように言われました。
照明も熱を放出するタイプのもので、部屋の中がかなり暑く寝苦しかったです。
また、ハサミをお借りしたかったのですが、フロントまで取りに来てくださいと言われ残念でした。

Pros:

Gran hotel con acceso a la línea 9 y parada de bus cerca. Supermercado No Brand enfrente. Desayuno excelente en la panadería del primer piso. Gimnasio y lavadero disponibles.

男性スタッフの方の対応が本当に素晴らしいです。リスニングルームに癒されます。自宅に帰ってきたようなリラックスできるホテルです。

Friendly staff, convenient location.
Pros:

Convenient location near the river, few bars and restaurants nearby. Loved that they gave free slippers every day, also offered free pajamas. Washing & Drying machines located downstairs.

Cons:

Sink does not drain fast enough - would overflow with water.

The staff, the gym and the bakery on the first floor.

It’s very much outdated, and falling into pieces. All the amenities inside and outside of the hotel are not taken care of.

Well, I really didn’t want to leave, I felt even better than at home.
Pros:

I’ve stayed here twice and I’ll keep doing so every time I’ll go back to Seoul. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean. The staff is really friendly and helpful, I love the access to the gym and obviously the bakery, mandatory pit stop every morning. Without forgetting that is very well connected with all the rest of the city and Han River is only a short walk away. I love it here.
