قديم وغير نظيف وغير مهتم فيه
عمال النظافة يدخلون الغرفة اثناء نومنا
وبعد رجوعنا من الخارج وجدنا باب الغرفة مفتوح

My weekend perk my way of spoiling myself

the check in was great I needed to leave my luggage to run a quick errand the front desk was helpful in those regards Mr. Hozumel took good care of me. Mrs. LeslieAsst Manager was on point as always, and had my room available on my return

Cons:

The shower could have been a lot hotter I needed to contact the front desk for maintenance to adjust the temperature for the water heater. Most people prefer regular water for showers, I admit I enjoy long hot showers, other than that my room was great. The front staff performs without my having to ask
I'm a bit of a regular customer there for a reason.

A wonderful stay with exceptional service, but with minor issues in parking and breakfast.
Pros:

Great location close to many exciting spots in the city center. The cleanliness was excellent, and the service was very fast. My children really enjoyed the swimming pool and the gym. The staff helped us multiple times and fulfilled all our requests immediately, such as providing extra towels and replacing the coffee machine. Special thanks to Musa, the room cleaning supervisor, who was extremely helpful and cooperative.

Cons:

The underground parking has very limited spaces and is a bit narrow. Also, the breakfast was okay but needs more variety and improvement.

Pros:

The cleaning team was really good . Regardless of how messy the room was i returned back to find it fully organised.

Cons:

The coffee capsules were not renewed even when I stayed for a whole week

Fantastic hotel and highly recommended!
